Lexi Sandoval
I groan as I hear doors opening and closing, and people talking. As I sit up and rub my eyes, I squeeze my head. Shit my head hurts like hell.  As I lay back down there's a knock on my door. "Who is it?" I shout, "Eleanor" the person behind the door says. I chuckle before telling her to come in.
"Here, take these" she hands me 2 pills and a cup of water. "they'll help with the headache" she says, I smile and sit back up. "Life saver, thank you." I tell her before swallowing the pills. She smiles and sits beside me. "Do you want to hang out at the beach today?" she asks.
"Of course, girl time!!" I say while wrapping one arm around her shoulders. She chuckles while laying her head on my shoulder. "You and Eli were very drunk yesterday" she says, "really?" I ask her, "yup" she says with a small laugh escaping her lips.
I laugh while face palming my face, she stands up and helps me get up. "I'll make you some breakfast while you get ready" she says while walking towards the door. "You are the best" I say while kissing her cheek. She smiles and walks out the door, I grab a sage green bikini, put on some black sandles, and grab a bottle of sunscreen along with my towel.
"These are amazing!" I say before taking another bite of the blueberry pancakes. "How did you know these were my favorite?!" I ask Eleanor. She shrugs before sitting beside me, "I'll be right back, I'm going to go change into a bikini and grab a towel" she says before getting up and walking away.
I'm rinsing my cup when I hear Eleanor coming down the stairs, "alrighty I'm done" she says walking into the kitchen. "Alright let's go!!" I tell her while grabbing my towel and everything else. "Race you!" Eleanor shouts and drops her stuff before running. I laugh and drop my stuff besides her's and run after her.

It's been a couple hours; Eleanor and I decide to get some ice cream so now we're sitting on our beach towels while talking. "Do you have a boyfriend back where you live?" I ask Eleanor. "Nope" she says with a smile, "are you serious?" I ask her, she nods her head. "I have never dated anyone, never even had a boyfriend" she says, I look at her in disbelief.
She looks at me before laughing, "Do you have a boyfriend back where you live?" She asks me, "I did, but he broke up with me like 3 months ago" I tell her, "What an asshole" she says, I smile at her before laying my head on her shoulder. "He shouldn't have broken up with you, he lost someone amazing, beautiful, funny, and caring" Eleanor says.
"You are the sweetest person Eleanor Davis" I tell her; she smiles and holds my hand, "want to go for another swim?" Eleanor asks me, I nod my head before standing up. I help her up and we both run towards the beach. We spent the whole afternoon together, took some pictures, watched the sun set, and talked about our past life's. Having Eleanor as my friend is amazing, back at home I'm not close with any of my friends.
They are all fake, but Eleanor she's different, she's someone you can count on. Talk to her and she'll understand, she's a sweet person. I feel like I can be myself around her, I'm really happy to be able to spend my summer with her and the guys. 
"Hey girls!!" Eleanor and I both turn our gaze towards the front door, Eli walks in and he looks happy. "Who's got you smiling like that Eli?" I ask him while standing up. He chuckles and sits next to Eleanor. "I kissed a guy" he says "Tell us everything!!" Eleanor says with a smile on her face. Eli's cheeks turn a light pink, and he covers his face with a pillow.
"While we were watching the sun set, I turned to look at him to find him looking at me. And next thing I know he's kissing me. My heart literally exploded!!" Eli exclaims with such a big smile on his face. "that's so cute!!" Eleanor says, "I really, really like him" Eli says before laying his head on Eleanors legs and putting his legs on top of my thighs.
"Are you guys going to go out again?" I ask him, "yes, next week he invited me to this festival in town" Eli says while throwing a pillow in the air. "Thats amazing Eli!!" I say, "we're so happy for you" Eleanor says while braiding a piece of his hair.

"WE BROUGHT PIZZA!!" Levi shouts while walking through the front door. Eli jumps off the couch and rushes towards Levi, he grabs the pizza box and runs into the kitchen. "Hey to you too Eli" Levi says sarcastically before rolling his eyes. We all walk into the kitchen and take a seat around the table.
Hours pass and we all spent it in the living room watching movies and talking. "I'm going to head to bed guys, see you all tomorrow" Eleanor says while standing up, "I'm going to head up too, bye guys" I say while grabbing Eleanor's hand and walking up with her. 
"Goodnight El" I tell her, "Goodnight, Lexi, sleep well" she says with a smile. I smile back before hugging her, I feel her arms wrap around my waist. "Thank you..." I whisper, "for what Lexi?" she asks. "For being my best friend", I tell her. 
I hear her chuckle before hugging me again tighter. "Thank you, Lexi Sandoval, for being my best friend" she whispers. I pull back from the hug and smile one more time before walking into my bedroom. I grab a clean towel along with some clothes and make my way towards the bathroom.
as I'm walking down the hall i bump into Levi, "sorry" I tell him, "All good" he says with a small smile. "Hey umm I wanted to thank you for helping me when I was drunk" I tell him, He chuckles and says that it was no problem. We both just stand there awkwardly, as I look up, I see Levi closer to me. A smile in forming on his face, I feel my cheeks heating up and I can feel my body getting closer to him.
"HEYYYY BESTAYSS!!" we both jump back and look at Eli who's standing at the top of the stairs with a pizza slice in his hand. "I umm.. I'm going to shower" I say before walking past Levi and into the restroom. I look in the mirror and blow out a breath, "that was awkward" I whisper.
