Chapter 19

                                    

                                          

Felix ran down the stairs with shaking legs, huffing at the soreness he could feel in his ass and lower back, at his body screaming at him to /stop/, to lay the fuck down, preferably, in a bath.
However, he ignored his needs and instead, made his way out from in-between the people in the living room, deaf for familiar voices calling out his name as he pushed the front door open and was met with the summer night, the music from the house muffled as he closed the door again and looked around from left to right, until he saw Hyunjin's figure pacing down the road from further ahead and Felix cursed under his breath before he followed him.
'Sugar, fuck, stop', the blonde panted, feeling out of breath, his chest tightened with the lack of oxygen reaching his lungs properly, 'Hyunjin, stop goddamn walking', he yelled into the warm night.
'Why would I fucking stop, why the hell are you even chasing me, go back to your 'hyung' ', Hyunjin momentarily paused on his tracks, turning around the shout the words back with an angry frown on his face before he faced the opposite direction again and his long legs started moving.
'What's your problem, Hyunjin?', Felix let out, hissing at the sharp pain in his lower spine as he forced his feet forward.
'Why are you- why do you fucking keep acting like I'm your property, I didn't agree on being exclusive with you', the words had the red-haired pause again, Felix hearing the low humourless chuckle the man let out before he turned his head around and narrowed his eyes at the shorter, the glow of the streetlights enchanting his red locks and the fire in his eyes.
'Don't get it twisted, I don't do fucking exclusive, /princess/', Hyunjin snarled and Felix blinked at the man, his own eyebrows furrowing for a moment before he shook his head.
'Exactly', he let out once he could find his voice again, 'Bet you've been fucking whoever caught your eyes the past few weeks so why the heck are you acting like a jealous little /boyfriend/ with me huh?'
'I haven't fuck-', Hyunjin growled before the taller's eyes widened and he tightened his lips, looking to the side as he let out a low huff, 'Whatever', he added before he was walking further away again.
'Hyunjin! I'm not finished talking you, you pri-', Felix shouted until he let out a loud yelp, feeling his heel catching on something on the ground and his wobbly legs giving out on him as his knees met the sidewalk, whining in pain as he felt something /sharp/ digging in the skin of his legs and looking down to find the shimmering pieces of glass and the broken bottle next to it.
'Shit-', Felix cursed under his breath as he lifted one of his knees and saw the slow streaks of blood dripping down from it.
'You fucking /idiot/', the blonde's head snapped up at the rasp and he saw Hyunjin taking long fast steps towards him before he was crouching down in front of him, his eyes still as sharpened as he focused on Felix's legs.
'That's what you fucking get for running in these shoes, are you this goddamn dumb'
'Well I wouldn't be running if you hadn't-'
'Shut the fuck up, you have glass in your skin', Hyunjin snarled and Felix froze as a hand reached forward to brush his knee, fingers slowly trying to get rid of the pieces digging in there.
'Don't- don't touch glass with your bare fingers- you're the fucking idiot', the blonde grumbled weakly but Hyunjin only sent him a quick glare before he focused on the task at hand, murmuring something under his breath when he removed a larger piece that had more blood ooze down from Felix's knee, making the blonde wince quietly at the sting.
'I'll be fin-'
'You need all this glass taken out and the skin disinfected, there's dirt around the open wound', Hyunjin's frown deepened while he seemed to try and see as clearly as he could with the help of only the streetlights above them.
