5 years later

You and Eren have been married for 3 years now. You're expecting a baby at any time now, you just hit the 9 month mark. You and Eren knew that you wanted to have a child, but you both wanted to enjoy married life alone for a while before you started trying. It didn't take long for you to conceive, it seemed like it only took one or two tries.
Sasha and Niccolo had got married 4 years ago, they have 2 children together, a boy and a girl. Their firstborn boy is 3 years old, while their little girl just turned 2. You enjoyed babysitting the two children, Eren proving that he's going to be the perfect father.
Armin and Annie got married half a year after Sasha and Niccolo, having one baby boy who is close to their first birthday. Armin is an amazing father, he reads books to the baby every night while putting him to bed. Annie is currently stay at home mom, waiting until the baby is a few years old before she returns to work.
Mikasa and Jean have stayed happily married this whole time, having a 4 year old girl. You admired the way they parented their only child, Mikasa being loving and soothing, while Jean is also very loving but a bit more stern. They all live together in the house that Mikasa has always had, but they're planning on moving into a smaller place soon.
You and Eren have kept the same jobs, having been promoted a few times over the years. You're now on maternity leave, while Eren has cut down on his work hours recently so he can be present with you. 
You just had an appointment with your doctor to check up on your baby girl. She's completely healthy and in the correct birthing position, your contractions are getting closer and more painful, but you're not quite in labor yet. You know the time is coming soon. Eren has gone with you to every appointment, crying from happiness every single time. He's been very supportive and catering to your every need, even rubbing lotion on your belly and talking to the baby whenever she moves in your stomach.
You and Eren were halfway home when the craving for ice cream hit. "Hey babe, can we stop and get some ice cream?" You placed your hand on your belly, rubbing it to sooth the very active baby inside.
"Of course baby." He looked over at you and smiled, a glimmer in his eye that is always present when he looks at you.
He pulled into the closest drive-thru and ordered you the usual cookies and cream shake that you've been craving throughout your pregnancy. You ended up finishing it as soon as he pulled into the driveway of your new home.
As much as you loved the home that you had when you and Eren reconnected, you wanted more room for family growth, so right before you got pregnant you both moved into a beautiful 4-bedroom 3-bathroom house in a gated community. You had a larger backyard and the houses in the community were more spaced out. Hades enjoys having a bigger yard to run around in, even though he's gotten into his senior years, he still stays active. 
After getting home, Eren started on dinner while you took a short nap. You've both continued eating healthy, with the occasional junk food, but Eren insisted on cooking healthy for you and the baby.
He gently woke you up from your nap whenever dinner was done, helping you get out of bed and walking you to the dining room. You sat at the table, Eren insisting on making your plate for you. He came back with a very full plate, almost piled up, and placed it in front of you. 
"I hope I can eat all this babe, this is a lot of food." You laughed. 
"I'm sure you can, the baby still has some time to grow." He rubbed your belly as he talked about the baby.
"I'm not sure about that, I think she's getting close to being here." You made eye contact with him, putting your hand on top of his. 
His grin reached his eyes, his excitement growing as the baby gets closer to her arrival. He went to the kitchen to grab his own plate and sat down at the head of the table next to you. You both sat and ate in comfortable silence, too busy enjoying the food to talk.
After you were both finished, you insisted on taking the plates to the kitchen to rinse them off. While you did that, Eren put away the leftovers and put a movie on in the living room for you both to watch until bed. 
When the movie was over, Eren went to the kitchen to clean it up while you got ready for bed. He had just started the dishwasher and wiped off the counters when he heard you frantically call for him from your shared bedroom. 
He ran in, finding you in the en-suite bathroom, thinking you fell. Instead you were standing there, a pool of water at your feet. "I think my water broke." You looked up at him in a panic, the fear of childbirth sinking in. 
He was also feeling panicked, but he kept his composure to avoid making the situation worse. "Okay baby, it's okay. Come on, let's get your bag in the car and go to the hospital." 
Eren quickly wiped the mess off of the floor, grabbing your readied bag and running to the car to put it in the backseat next to the car seat that was recently installed. He ran back in, grabbing your arm to steady you and walked you to the car.
He safely rushed to the hospital, while you took deep breaths to calm your nerves and work your way through the painful contractions. He pulled into the closest parking spot, running inside to grab a wheelchair and running back out with it, a nurse following behind him. 
They both got you in the wheelchair, Eren grabbing your hand to hold it while he walked next to you, the nurse wheeling you inside the hospital. They quickly got a room available for you and wheeled you up to the bed and helped you get into it. The nurses assessed you, you were getting close to being dialated enough for the epidural.
Eren went to the corner of the room to call everyone and let them know what was going on, despite how late it was now. Mikasa and Sasha both left their kids at home with their dads and made their way to the hospital to be with you.
When they arrived, you had just gotten the epidural. You felt numb and tired, but there was no way you would be able to sleep. You ended up being able to rest your eyes for a little while until it came time to start pushing. 
Labor lasted for several hours, while the pushing itself didn't take very long.
Mikasa, Sasha, and Eren were all in the room, supporting you. Eren held your hand the entire time, suffering through the hard squeezes that you have his hand whenever you were pushing. Cries filled the room as the baby made her appearance. As soon as you heard your baby cry, you, Eren, Mikasa, and Sasha all started crying as well. 
Sasha and Mikasa left the room to give you and Eren some privacy with your new baby. The nurses cleaned her up and placed her on your chest, giving you skin to skin with the newborn. You and Eren were crying, looking at each other and the baby, savoring this moment.
The nurse took the baby and gave her to Eren, letting him hold her for the first time.
