Izuku ran back home to tell his mother what had happened. She was asleep, shuddering in a bad dream.

Izuku didn't want to wake her, she looked as if she had a fever, and he threw one of her quilts on her, and she stopped shivering and relaxed her expression.

The boy felt horrible leaving his mother, but he had to go out and warn the beast of what was coming.

Izuku read his fathers journal, seeing if he could get any tips for handling his sword, and once he finished the sun had set. He knew that Todoroki and the others were coming, so he shined the sword he hoped he didn't have to use, left a note for Inko, grabbed his satchel, and ran as fast as he could into the woods, looking behind him to see Todoroki and the other at the very top of the hill, holding pitchforks and torches.

Izuku reached the castle gate, pulling it open with all his might, and barging into the castle door. Katsuki ran out into the hall and was about to pounce on him before Izuku held up his hand.

"KACCHAN! STOP!" Izuku yelled, and Katsuki let down, standing in front of Izuku, completely shocked.

"Look, the people in town are coming! We need to do something!"

They had at least a few minutes of time, and all the servants prepared for battle, hiding in the common room with their fave unshown to fool the townspeople.

The door burst open again, and Izuku was thrown to the far corner of the room by Katsuki, who took down a few commoners and called for the servants and guards given to fight.

The townspeople were confused, and some tried to chase after Katsuki, but the objects took them all by surprise, and they couldn't get through any of the halls.

Most of the men were defeated, most simply knocked out.

"What are the rest of you doing? FIGHT! I'm going to get that beast!" Todoroki yelled, thrusting the coat hangers used to block the exit, and went down the left hallway where he followed Katsuki's beastly footsteps to the West Wing.

Izuku began to wake up. He looked around, and didn't see Katsuki.

Oh no... Jf this many guards on each side are down... And it looks like this is coming to an end... Todoroki... Oh no! Izuku thought, and dashed exactly where he knew they both would be, muddy bootprints from Todoroki leading the way regardless.

Izuku climbed the stairs, and heard growls and shouts coming from inside the door.

Izuku opened it quickly, and dashed between all the torn curtains, until he reached the balcony, the rain soaking his hair and the moonlight and bursts of lightening being the only sources of light.

He turned to see Todoroki and Katsuki on the roof, battling to the death.

Their plan was to kill each other.

Todoroki was on defense with his sword, becoming the attacker occasionally.

Katsuki was trying to get a hold of Todoroki, but knew the threat of his wrists being chopped off or cut by his equal opponent.

"TODOROKI! PLEASE STOP! BOTH OF YOU PLEASE!" He yelled, and once they noticed him, Katsuki looked away, but Todoroki wanted the beast dead before caring about Izuku.

He slashed Katsuki's shoulder, and Katsuki, fell back, howling in pain.

"TODOROKI THIS NEEDS TO STOP! I TRIED TO TELL YOU HE'S KIND, AND YOU DIDN'T LISTEN! YOU NEVER LISTEN!" Izuku said, exposing a side of him that was never let out.

"Izuku, darling please-" Todoroki began, and Izuku placed his hand on his sword.

"DON'T YOU EVEN DARE 'IZUKU' ME! YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO CALL ME THAT! TO YOU, I AM MIDORIYA!" He said, and as Todoroki approached the beast, preparing to finish him off, Izuku small stature gave him the advantage to run quicker.

"AND IF YOU'RE GOING TO KILL KACCHAN, YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO KILL ME, TOO!" Izuku shouted at the top of his lungs, crying as he spoke, thrusting his small hands up as he leaned against the love of his life, feet slipping on the wet roof shingles as he tried to hold himself up.

--------
Not too long ago...

Izuku hadn't come to the realization he was in love with Katsuki after the rose incident, but everyone including the servants knew, and dancing with Katsuki almost every night just proved it.

The ruby and Emerald eyes would always lock.

What Katsuki told Izuku to leave, something was holding him back.

It was love.

And Izuku regretted letting his Love go.

----------

"Izuku Midoriya, you are officially as crazy as your damn mother! Get the hell away from this monster, and let the hero take care of this." Todoroki said coldly, and Izuku stood up, and finally drew his sword.

"Shoto Todoroki, you have been nothing but the villain the entire time!" Izuku replied, almost mimicking Todoroki's words. He started backing Todoroki close to the edge to scare him, but had no intention of killing him.

"Todoroki! Don't make me do this...!" Izuku attempted to threaten, but Todoroki knew his power, almost nothing being so small and frail.

"Ha, Izuku, you will regret this-!" Todoroki scoffed, and just then, Katsuki pounced up, his shoulder bleeding through his fur.
