Aadi didn't even know why he was called and why he has been given lecture like this...he looks at Geet and then at boss.. S..Sir..

M: When I have decided that Manish's project shall be handled by Sasha, then no one should have any say on this..

G: Sir..I came to discuss something else..I..

Maan didn't even allow her to speak..nor he is least interested in what she is coming to say. Well, Aadi, Now its your duty to keep the staff informed "When Boss has decided on something.. no one has any authority to change it" Is it clear?

Aadi: Y..Yes...Sir..

Maan: Hmm.. you can leave now.

Geet is not clear if this last sentence was for Aadi alone or applies for her too? Cant he mention "You can leave Geet?"

Geet leaves from there quietly moves back to her cabin and takes her seat. She feels as if she is still in her deep sleep and will wake up from this bad dream. She is not able to take it any more. But least does she know that its just a beginning.

After few min Aadi walks in to her cabin and Geet apologise to him instantly...

G: Aadi sir...I am really sorry. I had to inform boss something very important about Manish and he started assuming so many things and shouted at you.

Adi: Geet relax.

G: How can I stay relaxed? Maan Sir Shouted at you because of me!

Adi: I know you very well.. its just that you were there in a wrong time again I guess.

G: I have always found him to be in calm posture during early working hours of office and that's why I wanted to talk to him..and I cannot mention about these details directly to Sasha as she wouldn't understand all this.

Adi: Acha? What is it about?

G: Woh, I had a long talk with Manish Sir so that I can collect complete details about his investment and business plans for which I have given the details in my reports during the meeting yesterday. Hope boss gets to see it.

Adi: Well..Sasha will be working on it and hence she is the one who has that business report. Is this what you wanted to talk to boss?

Geet nods for a no..there is a third factor that Manish sir discussed with me. Its not about money, its about sentiments. He is venturing into this real estate business as he wants to show his heart filled respect for his great grandpa. And he has all his trust built on Khurana Constructions that he will never be let down.

Aadi understands Geet's point of view now. As she is a person who values more about client sentiments..just like she did with Hegde & Sons project. He rests his hand on her shoulder. W..Well, G..eet.. Now I can understand exactly what made you to come up with this discussion with Boss. Aadi clears his throat.. W..ell.. my problem is I understand my boss even better than anyone else and sorry to say that he doesn't give high regards to sentiments.

G: No S..ir, I feel you are judging him wrong. I understand he is off mood these days but he is not a person who wouldn't understand client's emotions.

Adi: Well, I have never seen him understanding all this.

G: That may be because he has been dealing with clients who value money and profits. But clients like Hegde sir, he is more a sentimental person than a business man and you have seen Maan sir how he has dealt that project.

Aadi is tongue tied as he did notice his boss handled Hegde and son's project with more of a personal attention...not able to comment further on this. Th..at's true G..eet...I wonder how well you have understood your boss in such a short frame. Wish he understands you equally.

Geet: I am glad that At least you are able to think in line with me. Thank you sir. By the way, Is there anything important that I am supposed to do?

Adi: Well.. there is meeting going to happen to discuss about Manish Shah's project.

Geet's face lits up with happiness. Oh good, Atleast I can inform all this to boss during the meeting. please take permission from him sir..I will take just 2 minutes..

Aadi feels really low at this point of time as he is unable to share the new instruction given by by boss: G..eet.. You are not going to attend this meeting.

Geet was dumbfounded.. WHAT?

Aadi: Yes, it's a meeting where Boss has called for Sasha, Tasha, some of the project managers and me. And he has clearly specified that YOU are not required to attend this meeting.

Geet coundnt take it.. Why?  Why Sir? I am the one who had prepared those reports and handed over to Boss ..

Aadi: And boss wants only Sasha to handle this.

Geet is sick and tired of hearing this again and again...Bhagawane..LET SASHA HANDLE IT SIR..I have no problem what so ever.

Aadi: G..Geet.. Please relax

Geet realizes that she is overly reacting to all this... I..I am sorry sir. I just wanted to support this project for the reasons that I have told you. Now, when boss and Sasha are least interested in it then its their problem not mine. And what about the minutes of the meeting?

Aadi: this is internal and confidential meeting. Hence it may not be required.

She feels like screaming out.. "Then What am I supposed to do here?" But she doesn't want to. Its not Aadi's mistake after all and she remains quite and lost in her own world and this worries Aadi.

Adi: Geet..dont worry. I will come back to you if I had to assign any task. Also, I will try to share this detail about Manish Shah's personal preferences during this Meeting. Hmm?

Hmm..she gives a weak smile.

Adi: And I request you to follow all what boss said today

Geet: Sure sir. If I need anything, I will contact only you.

Adi: That's like a good girl. The meeting is starting in 2 minutes. Will take your leave hmm?

Aadi leaves from there and Geet slowly settles down in her seat. Even though it was really upsetting that she was not being part of an important meeting, She remembers what Daadi had advised her.. I shall utilise this hour for my studies as my boss is not around. She closes her eyes and thanks Daadi for her positive guidance. She takes out her books and prepares for the unit tests.

Almost a week passes by like this...
