"Let's bring this case to order," The judge said as he sat down in his chair. "This is for the divorce of Mr. & Mrs. Bennett and the custody of one Iris Bennett."
"Yes, Your Honor," Owen and the other man said in unison. 
"You may start, Mr. Blackbourne," the judge said and Owen nodded. 
"Your Honor, my client is not here today because she is in the hospital recovering from an attack but I do have substantial evidence that has been admitted into evidence. My client just wants this marriage to end, she is tired of fighting to end it when Mr. Bennett has told and shown her over and over that he does not want to be married to my client but still wants to have power over her. She wants to move on and start over in her life but can't because Mr. Bennett refused to let her go until recently." 
"What do you mean, Mr. Blackbourne?" the judge asked and Owen held up the packet that Mason threw at her. 
"This packet right here Your Honor has the divorce papers that Mr. Bennett has signed along with paperwork for willful termination of parental rights to my client's daughter," Owen explained. 
"That's a lie!" Mason shouted. "I want my daughter! She is keeping her from me." 
"If I may Your Honor, I have video evidence of Mr. Bennett telling my client that he wants nothing to do with the child ever again," Owen said calmly which just infuriated Mason even more. 
"That's a lie!" Mason shouted. 
"You may show your evidence, Mr. Blackbourne," the judge said. 
Owen hit play on the remote and the video popped up on the screen. 
"Where's Amy?" Mason asked glaring at North and Luke. "Who are you?" 
"Mason, what are you doing here?" Amy asked coming up behind North and Luke. 
"Here," He said pulling Iris out from behind him and into her legs. "Something came up so here," he grabbing his phone and answered it. "What? Yeah, I'll call you back." He hung up the phone and glared at Amy. "I'm done with this shit, I'm done Amy." 
"Iris," Amy knelt down to her daughter, "Can you go into Mommy's room and watch Care Bears for a little bit, please? Mommy needs to talk to your father." 
"Otay Mommy," She smiled and turned Luke and North, "twos me peas." 
"Excuse us," Luke smiled softly.
"What is going on Mason?" Amy asked, "I thought we discussed this? I work night shift all this week, I need you to watch our daughter so I can work since you aren't paying your child support. I need help with her, Mason." 
"I'm not giving you any more money Amy," He glared getting upset. "That brat cried the entire time, why should I put up with that shit?" 
"She's your daughter," Amy sighed frustrated. "You scare her Mason, she doesn't know you! You are never there for her. She has to get to know you. If I didn't have to work so much then it wouldn't be a problem but you won't help me out financially!" 
"I'm not giving you any more money Amy," He fumed, "I'm not giving you money for that spoiled brat!" 
"You haven't given me anything Mason!" Amy glared, "Twenty bucks and diapers that aren't even the right size doesn't do anything!" 
"God you are so selfish!" He shouted at her making her flinch, "I can't do anything right when it comes to you! And you wonder why I fucking cheated on you, you stupid cow! Maybe if you weren't so goddamn selfish you could keep a fucking man! You wonder why every man has cheated and left you? Because you are selfish and ungrateful. You got pissed when I cheated on you, yet here you are with two men! Well guess what slut? No matter how many men you sleep with they will eventually get tired of your shit and leave you as well. You will end up alone no matter what you do because no one wants to put up with your ungrateful ass. Here, I'm done with you," He shoved a packet into her chest and stormed away. 
"You can see that the packet he threw at my client is the same packet that is in your hand, Your Honor," Owen said. "I also have numerous voice messages that he has left my client saying he doesn't want to be married to her and two more things that needs to be shown Your Honor. They show his true colors."
