The room went dead silent at Hisashi's words, it almost amused him. However due to the topic he couldn't feel it in himself to feel anything but fear, especially since it had to do with his sons future. He could live with never seeing his son if it was to make them happy, he had handled being alone before.

He could do it again.

Hisashi frowned, realizing none of the people in the room were going to talk. It frustrated him to no end, did they expect him to say he would take his son regardless of how anyone felt about it? Perhaps he would have, but now that Yoichi was here it changed his tune a bit.

"What, I just found out I had a son." Hisashi stated." Did you honestly think I could take care of them, when I couldn't even take care of my own brother properly?"

Hisashi's words seemed to make an impact on the room, All Might shifted looking uneasy at the reminder of who he was. Tsukauchi and Sir Nighteye winced, clearly not having expected that kind of response. Yoichi on the other hand was just staring at him with wide eyes, clearly not having expect him to admit that he took care of them the wrong way.

He just rolled his eyes, he hated the situation he was in.

"We don't want to give you custody over Midoriya, but considering you are his father we had to let you in as a potential candidate." Tsukauchi admitted, sounding pained by doing so.

Those words were enough to make Hisashi snap, he didn't want to be a candidate. He destroyed every relationship he had, even his adopted son decided to throw away their life in for revenge. Sure he was obviously to late to save, but that didn't mean he wanted his family to fall down the same rabbit hole he had.

"You all assume that I will be a horrible father and your right, but not for the reasons you think." Hisashi snapped, barely controlling his anger." I am cursed, I break everyone that I start a relationship with. My parents hated me, they did horrible things whenever Yoichi wasn't around. I took it so Yoichi would still have loving and caring parents, but I wasn't ever considered more then trash to them. I grew paranoid that Yoichi would get hurt and instead of handling it the proper way, I forced a Quirk on him and shoved my little brother into a vault. Isolating him from the world for ten years. I fell in love once, but then the man I loved found out about my Quirk or meta ability as it was called, they left after beating senseless. Let's not forget that my Quirk causes insatiable hunger and forces me to steal Quirks in order to even be able to function as a normal human being, explain to me how that is supposed to make me a good father?!"

The silence that fell after his rant was deafening, his heart was hammering in his chest as he let out all the words he had kept secret for two hundred years. His fists were clenched to his side and he was gritting his teeth, anger and several other emotions running rampant in his head.

He took a deep breath, just relieved he had started to cry. He didn't want to show any more weakness then he already had, especially in front of these people. Hisashi kept his eyes down towards the floor, reining in his temper before he did something else he would regret.

"You all talk about me like you know me, but truthfully none of you know me." Hisashi growled lowly." Not even Yoichi, because since I was five...I wore a mask to hide my emotions, after all I couldn't afford to me weak...or I would face consequences. Villain's are not born, their made. You all seem to forget this, so I'll let you in on a little secret....Izuku isn't my only son, I adopted on nearly twenty years ago. I raised him and five years ago he decided to become a Villain, just because it was to late for me...didn't mean I wanted my son to follow my path. I tried so hard to convince him that he should pursue a different way, but he was determined. I can't let that happen to Izuku, I won't let that happen."
