★ ★ ★Klara had just finished putting on her heels as she heard Mason pull up outside, she walked out the door and locked it behind her. When she made her way down the stairs, trying not to trip she was met with Mason standing outside the car waiting for her and opened the door as well as extending his hand out to help her balance herself on her way in the car.
"What a gentleman". She said with a blush appearing on her face as she got into the car making a small smirk to turn up on his face.
The trip to the restaurant was relatively silent with none of them saying a word and the only noise coming from the hum of the car, however when they got to the restaurant it was anything but quiet with the paparazzi quickly surrounding the car to take pictures of the couple. Seeing that she was nervous Mason got out the car and walked to her side, opening the door and once again putting his hand out for her to take so they could walk in hand in hand as well as an attempt to calm her nerves.
When they approached the front desk they were shown their table by the nice waiter for the night, Mason once again being the gentleman he was and pulled her chair out for her. However, Klara was not in the moment since her nerves from being surrounded by the paparazzi were still there, seeing that the situation was bothering her he put his arm across the table silently asking for her to put her hand in his and the girl got the message and did just that.
"Hey, look at me, you're ok. Did I tell you that you look beautiful tonight?". He asked the girl while also stroking her hand in an attempt to calm her down, which seemed to have worked as she smiled at what he had said.
"No you didn't but thank you, you don't look bad yourself Mr. Mount". She said genuinely while looking at him in the eyes.
"Let's find something to eat". He said as he let go of her hands and grabbed the menu to look through making the girl giggle lightly before she did the same.
The night went on and the two where deep in conversation trying to get to knowing each other which made them laugh at times from old stories they would bring up from their pasts. Klara felt comfortable with him and never once felt that he had crossed the line with any questions he had asked throughout the night, which she was thankful for.
"So why did you move here again? You seemed quite happy from all the stories you've told me so far". Mason asked curiously.
"Don't get me wrong, I was but I felt like I needed a change and London seemed like the perfect fit for me". She smiled at him while she explained which he returned.
"Did I tell you you look pretty tonight?". The boy asked for the second time while looking in her eyes as he was admiring all the features on her face .
"I think your exact words were I looked beautiful but yes, yes you did". Her infectious laugh filled the room making Mason join her before she took a sip from her wine, trying to soak in this moment.
The two had finally finished their dinner and walked out hand in hand, once again being surrounded by paparazzi but Klara was much calmer that earlier which made her walk out with her head high as they rushed to get to the car. Mason hadn't drank anything throughout the night since he had to drive home and Klara only having two glasses of wine since she didn't want to over do it and end up drunk on their 'first date'.
Mason had pulled up in front of her house which was brightly lit up in the front since she knew it would be dark once she got home making her put them on before she left. Before getting out of the car she leaned over the centre console and placed a small kiss on the corner of his mouth making Mason shocked but ultimately relaxed as he saw her get out of the car and walked to her front door, she turned around and gave him a small wave as she walked inside.
He did nothing but admire the girl whenever he saw her.★ ★ ★
