It was daytime, the roads were floating with the vehicles. The sun was teasing people and was showering his love on them. It was also shining over the Mehta house where Avni entered her room holding a bag in one hand and her phone in her second hand. She was looking at her room. She smiled to see that. Avni stopped and sighed deeply. She thinks. Avni left the bag and looked at her phone. She saw Neil's five missed calls. 
Avni: oh on, Neil's five missed calls. That stupid unknown number because of that stupid I put my phone on silent mode and forgot to put that in general mood.
Avni squeezed her eyes. 
Avni: Tch. 
Avni thinks. She heard a knock on the door and saw the maid who was coming by carrying a tray of a jug of water and a glass. She kept that on the table and goes. Avni was looking at her, she turns and looked at her phone. She was in a dilemma about what to do. Avni was going to the table and was lost in her thought. Her foot stuck with the rug and the phone flew in the air and landed on the floor. Avni falls and she collides with the table and the jug falls on the table. The water was falling on the cell phone. Avni opened her eyes and she looked at her hands. She cleans them then she felt a sharp pain in her foot and she holds that and squeezed her eyes. 
Avni opened her eyes and her eyes fall to the phone. Avni got shocked. She picked up the phone and jerked it but it was too late. She got up and goes to the bed with much difficulty and took out the sim card. She goes to the dressing table and connected the hair drier. She tried to dry the phone but her all efforts goes in vain. She looked at the phone and thinks. 
On the other side, Neil was calling her by standing in his room near the bed. Avni's number was unreachable. Neil grins his teeth. 
Neil: what the hell? 
He throws the phone on the bed and it falls from the bed. Neil catches his hair in his fist. Neil was hell angry. 
The whole day, they did not get the chance to contact each other. 
At the time of the night, Avni came to the living area she saw Neela maa's phone on the table and she thought to contact Neil but she dropped the idea by thinking that Neil will get angry as she didn't pick up his call and she doesn't want to disclose the reality in front of Neela maa at any cost. Neela maa came from behind. Avni smiled. 
Neela maa: what happened? 
Avni: nothing. Let's go. 
They went to the couch and sat. They spend time with each other. 
On the other side, Neil was looking at his phone which had a crack. Neil again dialled Avni's number but no use. Neil closed his eyes in anger and grins his teeth. 
Neil: Avni, pick up the call. 
Neil sighs. He goes to the balcony and looked at the moon. Avni also looked at the sky. 
Nm: I miss you, Avni. 
Avni: I miss you too. 
They looked at the sky. 
The next day was not different and Neil was hell irritated now that he was also not paying attention to anything. Neil dialled Avni's number and got it switched off. Neil closed his eyes. He again dialled a number. 
Neil: now I can't wait anymore, I have to call mom. I hope, Avni, you are fine. 
Neil keeps the phone in his ear. On the other side, Shweta was standing with a lady and music was playing at high volume. 
Neil: mom, pick up the phone. 
Shweta saw the caller id and she excused herself. She goes to the side and picked up the call.
