You had awoken the next afternoon from hearing Sasha shuffling out of bed. You looked at the clock on the bedside table, which read in bright red letters 12:34pm. The only light from the room coming from the clocks on either side of the bed, where you heard the light pattering of rain on the window in the room, unseen due to the dark curtains covering it. You slept great, but you didn't particularly feel like getting out of the bed. You decided to get up anyways, groaning as you threw your legs over the side of the bed and stood up. You put on your leggings from last night and went into the ensuite bathroom, where Sasha was brushing her teeth, and decided to brush your teeth alongside her.

Comfortable silence filled the room, the only sounds coming from both toothbrushes lightly scraping against teeth. After rinsing, you and Sasha went back into the bedroom where she put her pants back on from last night, tying her flannel back around her waist. "How are you feeling, Sash?" You asked her as you put your leggings back on.

Sasha groaned and rubbed her temples in response. "Awful."

You suspected as much, but you still sympathized with her. "Let's go home and get you some medicine and rest." She lightly nodded in agreement as you both grabbed your phones and headed downstairs.

Once downstairs, you were both greeted by Armin and Mikasa. Everyone else had seemingly left. "Hey, how are you guys feeling?" Armin spoke first.

"I'm feeling alright, this one here has a hangover," you responded, pointing your thumb towards Sasha.

Armin and Mikasa both lightly chuckled. "We figured she would be, she had a lot to drink last night," Mikasa responded.

You breathed out a small laugh in response. "Well, we better head out. Thank you both for having us, we had a lot of fun. We'll have to get together again soon."

"Of course, take care guys! Be safe, it's raining pretty hard outside." Armin responded, as he waved goodbye.

"Thanks for coming, see you soon." Mikasa bid you farewell, raising a hand to wave goodbye.

You closed the door behind you, as you and Sasha both sprinted towards her car. You got in the drivers seat this time and took the keys from Sasha and turned the car on.

The drive home was quiet, which normally wasn't normal for Sasha but since she was hungover it was expected. Your thoughts went back to your moments with Eren the night before. You clearly remembered everything that happened and you wondered if he did too, but you weren't going to bring it up. You did enjoy your time with him, probably a lot more than you should have, considering you had just met him. He's so attractive though, your heart raced thinking about his his green eyes, his muscles showing through the shirt he wore last night, his hands gripping your face, his soft lips on yours, and his brown hair messily pulled back into a bun. You felt connected to him in the short time you had together. You just went through a breakup though, and you didn't want to rush into anything new.

You pulled your thoughts together as you parked Sasha's car into the garage right next to yours, shutting the door using the garage door remote inside the car, and got out of the car and followed Sasha inside. She was moving sluggishly once inside the house and made her way to the couch.

You went to the medicine cabinet and got out some acetaminophen and headed to the fridge to pull out a blue Gatorade. You took the medicine and Gatorade to the living room and handed them to Sasha. "Here, this should help. Take this and rest, I'll make us some breakfast."

Her eyes widened in response. "Did you say breakfast!? Say no more!" She did as she was told and took her meds and laid on the couch, pulling out her phone and turning the brightness down so she could scroll through it.

You went to the kitchen and began to prepare breakfast, looking through the pantry to see what Sasha had available. You sorted through everything and decided on making pancakes. You went to the fridge and found that she also had bacon and eggs and decided to make those as well. You prepared everything and got it ready, making the bacon first.

After frying the bacon, you put it aside. You drained some of the bacon grease, still leaving some to coat the pan so that you could cook the eggs in it. You pulled out a griddle and turned it on, greasing it with butter, and making 4 large circles with the pancake batter. While the pancakes were cooking, you scrambled some eggs and began cooking it in the leftover bacon grease.

After the food was done, you made yourself and Sasha a plate and grabbed some forks, taking everything into the living room and placing it on the coffee table. Sasha quickly darted up into a sitting position in front of the plate you had prepared for her, grabbing her fork and digging in. "Oh, I forgot the syrup." You quickly sat up and made your way back into the kitchen and grabbing the syrup out of the pantry. When you came back, Sasha had already eaten most of the eggs and bacon on her plate, not seeming to have noticed that you even left the room.

You smiled in response, having missed seeing Sasha so excited over the simple things while you were away from her. Brad didn't let you see her very often, so it was nice to get to spend all this time with her now. You began eating your food as well, enjoying the company you were in.

After you and Sasha both finished, she thanked you profusely and took all of the dishes and syrup bottle back into the kitchen, where she quickly rinsed the dishes and put them in the sink and put the bottle back into the pantry. She came back into the room, where you continued to sit on your spot on the couch, scrolling through your phone.

"So, I take it you had a good time with Eren last night?" She looked over at you, sitting back in her seat on the couch, a raised eyebrow and smirk on her face.

You locked your phone and set it on your lap, looking back at her. "I did. He showed me how to make those vodka cranberries we had and we ended up taking some shots together and talking."

She raised her eyebrows in response. "Well, just be careful with him. I heard from the others that he has quite a temper, and so do you, so I don't see that going very well."

You exhaled loudly. "I'm not looking to date him, Sasha. We were just talking."

She raised her hands in surrender, "Hey, I'm just looking out for you."

"Thank you, Sash, I'll be okay." You put a hand on her knee, comfortingly, showing her you didn't take offense.

As if knowing he was the subject of conversation, your phone dinged as a text message came through. You grabbed your phone and unlocked it, looking at the message.

(2:04pm) Eren: Hey.

(2:05pm) You: hey 👋🏻

(2:05pm) Eren: How are you feeling?

(2:05pm) You: I'm actually feeling fine, Sasha not so much. How about you?

(2:06pm) Eren: I'm ok, I can handle my alcohol. ;)

(2:06pm) Eren: You busy tonight?

(2:07pm) You: No.

(2:07pm) Eren: Good, (the band from your shirt) is in town and I already bought us tickets. Send me your address and be ready at 7.

You looked up from your phone for a minute and see Sasha scrolling through her's. You bit your lip for a second, your gaze averting to the tv that was off. A part of you is telling you not to go, you don't want to talk about what happened last night. You don't think you could contain yourself if he tried to kiss you again and you aren't ready to experience any semblance of romantic or sexual feelings for anyone yet.

(2:09pm) You: Sounds great, see you then!
