Your Smile STILL Haunts me (Final chapter)

                                    

                                          
After a good night's rest for all team seven and 'Menma' the traveler they went back to Konoha. While they went back which only took a whole morning, this weird feeling rose between Naruto and the older Sasuke. Like something was about to break down to rebuild itself... Strange.
They arrived at the village and it was now 11:30 pm.
" See ya Sakura-chan!" Naruto waved goodbye to Sakura who had a face of confusion. Maybe it was because Naruto didn't even try to flirt or ask her on a date even once. She felt relieved but worried that something bad might've happened to him. Still, she didn't want to make Naruto uncomfortable or make a scene, surely if he wanted to say something he would've already. So she just left and smiled as she waved goodbye.
" Well then... Do you have plans Naruto, Menma?" Kakashi asked as he was unleashing his small plan. Something that would help him know who Menma is really, well confirm.
" Ummm... Why do you ask Kakashi sensei?" Naruto asked surprising Kakashi that he didn't say something like Ramen or Food related things.
"Just wanted to invite you guys to eat at Ichiraku Ramen, I wanted Sakura to come but apparently her parents are mad that we stayed over at the village of the mist longer than supposed." Kakashi said as he smiled under his mask. He was sure that at the mention of Ramen there was no possibility of rejection with Naruto.
" Sorry Kakashi sensei but I have some things to take care of at home hehe," Naruto said as he rubbed the back of his head and smiled.
"Oh well then what about Menm-" Kakashi said as he thought. 'NARUTO JUST REJECTED FREE ICHIRAKU RAMEN?! WHAT THE HE**IS HE ON?!'
" I have my own things to attend to as well Kakashi." Sasuke said as well as he looked at Naruto then looked back at Kakashi. Kakashi could tell something was off. He believed for a second that 'Menma' had a sad expression for a second but it faded as fast as it came. Maybe it was Kakashi's imagination.
" Ok then I'll be eating with Iruka then," Kakashi said as he smiled. He felt dissatisfied that his plan didn't work but he found a reason to feel better. Iruka never rejected a good Ramen bowl with him. Might be the fact that Iruka can't say no if you ask politely but it's noticeable that he enjoys being with Kakashi. You can tell by the way Iruka tends to get tipsy on sake when he trusts and likes someone enough. Someone like Kakashi.
" You better not be doing something weird to Iruka sensei-ttebayo! I'm watching you Kakashi Hatake." Naruto said surprising both Sasuke and Kakashi. Sasuke was confused but felt like he had a good idea of what Naruto meant. Still calling Kakashi by his full name sent shivers down both of their spines. Naruto was scary sometimes... 
'Why does he have to be like Kushina!... help Minato sensei..' Kakashi thought terrified for a split second.
" What are you talking about?" Sasuke asked while internally smiling smugly. 'Karma' he thought as he looked at Kakashi with a fake confused face.
"WELL, I was- HNNNHMM????!!" Naruto started but not after he said something else Kakashi covered his mouth.
" NOTHING MENMA, NOTHING." Kakashi said as he smiled under his mask worriedly. After a few seconds, he let Naruto go after he whispered something to his ear.
(Ps- he bribed him with Ramen so he couldn't say anything 😂)
After they said goodbye Naruto and Sasuke left and headed Towards a small set of stores near the center of the village to buy food. After they did that they headed towards Naruto's apartment. In the way they did meet Shikamaru, Kiba, Choji, Ino, and Hinata. Had a small talk about who 'Menma' was and left.
