The little housewife

                                    

                                          
When you woke up in the morning, Bucky was still sleeping and you smiled at him lovingly giving him a soft kiss on the lips before you slipped out of bed.  It was around the time that you would normally go for your morning runs, but knew that you wouldn't be able to do that anymore.  You had a part to play.  You made your way to the closet and picked out a pink nightgown that would be suitable for around the house until Bucky went to work.  You slipped on a pair of panties and put your housecoat on as well as your slippers and mask before making your way out of the bedroom.  He wasn't due for work for another few hours so you had time before you had to make breakfast.  You knew this was going to be your new routine.  You went downstairs and turned on the coffee maker, and saw Daisy was passed out comfortably on the couch.  You smiled to yourself, seeing Alpine was curled up next to her.  You waited for the coffee to finish brewing, and then made yourself a cup before calling Daisy to follow you out the back door.  You sat at the small table, and smiled as Daisy went running through the garden for her morning walk.  She brought you a ball, and you threw it a few times while you enjoyed your morning coffee.  
 "Good morning" you saw Laura look over the fence, and you were caught off guard.  
 "Good morning, I thought I was the only early riser left on the planet" you gave a shy smile.  
 "Dean leaves for work early in the morning" she rolled her eyes.  "Who's this?" she looked at Daisy pointedly.  
 "My baby Daisy" you flushed.  "Well, our baby.  We have a cat named Alpine as well" you bit your bottom lip, taking another sip of coffee.  
 "Having your morning coffee before work?" she asked softly.  
 "No, morning coffee before I go and make James his breakfast.  He likes me to stay home, and I don't mind it" you blushed.  "We work well together this way.  He bought this house because I love roses" you looked down shyly.  
 "We should do something just us girls sometime, I'm a housewife too.  Always busy with the house and garden.  Sometimes its nice to get out" she smiled at you.  
 "I'd love that" you nodded, mentally already adding her to your evening report.  You sipped at your coffee and frowned that it was already finished.  "Maybe I'll see you outside later again" you gave a shy smile.  
 "Of course, I like working outside when its not raining" she nodded and you timidly headed back to go inside again.  Daisy followed you back in, and you made another coffee.  You could hear Bucky upstairs taking a shower and poured him a coffee as well.  You quickly took out the bacon and started frying it, before taking out the eggs and the bread.  You were excited to be making Bucky a big meal before he went to work.  You were feeling the housewife vibes.  
You were just finishing breakfast when Bucky got to the bottom of the stairs and he came straight to you and pulled you in for a knee weakening kiss.  You grabbed the lapels of his red flannel shirt and pulled him closer for a moment before you took a step back and looked him up and down.  He remembered both masks, thankfully, and saw that he was wearing a pair of loose fitting black jeans, and a white t-shirt under his flannel shirt with the sleeves rolled up.  
 "I'm loving this husband look" you purred pulling him in for another kiss.  
 "It's a good thing I'm your husband" he murmured in your ear after pulling back from the kiss.  
 "Laura might want to do something one day" you put his food on a plate and put it with his coffee on the table.  
 "Oh?  Its good you're already making friends" he winked at you.  You grabbed your plate and sat beside him.  You saw that Alpine and Daisy were already into their breakfast and sighed happily to yourself.  
 "Big plans for today?" you raised an eyebrow.  
 "First day at the garage.  I'm looking forward to it.  You know I love my cars" he smirked.  You adored that he was already in character.  "We should keep Friday as our date night now that we live here.  I can take you into town for supper, we can explore more of the town this weekend" 
 "I'd love that James" you purred and sipped your coffee.  "What would you like for supper tonight?" you smiled at him.  
 "I love whatever my wife cooks for me" he winked at you.  "What are your plans for today?" 
 "There isn't much to clean, so I'll take a shower and maybe do some gardening.  Nothing extravagant" you promised.  "I plan to have tea for lunch outside" 
 "You should have joined me for the shower.  There was enough room" he had a mischievous glint in his eye.  
 "You wouldn't be able to handle me in the morning" you winked at him, forgetting your character for a moment and he smirked, licking his lips and looking down at his food.  
 "Pretty sure I can.  Lets put it to the test sometime" he finished his breakfast.  "I'd better get to the shop" 
 "Well the boss can't be late for his first day" you grabbed the plates and put them in the sink.  You took the reusable bag that you had packed his lunch into, and put a few plums in it as he ran to the front door.  You followed him outside, and he turned to smile at you.  
 "Can't forget lunch" he grinned.
 "Or my kisses" you pouted as he leaned in and wrapped his arms around you giving you a very satisfying kiss.  
 "I'll see you at five, my rose" he pulled back after a few minutes.  You were sure he had put on quite the show to the neighbors.  
 "Call me if you'll be late" you whispered, leaning up to kiss him one more time for good measure.  
 "I can't be late for my rose" he placed his hand on the side of your face and gave you one last kiss before he got in the car.  You took a few steps back and waved as he pulled out of the driveway.  You waited until you didn't see his car anymore, and went back inside.
