I recently realised how long it has been since I last showered
4 days at the least though it's more likely to be 6... Maybe even 7
My hair is oily and tangled despite the protective style I have in
I feel gross
I feel disgusting
I feel wrong
I know that it's because I'm having a hard time but I still feel wrong
I didn't know most, if not all, people showered daily
I normally shower on Sunday, Monday and aim to on Friday but it's normally too much effort
See for me, showers use a lot of energy that I simply don't have
And without a squedual, I'm time blind and don't realise how bad it's getting till the last minute
I recently realised how long it has been since I last showered
But I'll shower tomorrow
It's just too much work, energy, effort
