Shaurya didn't leave the side of Anokhi for even a moment. He didn't use earpods, because he couldn't take chance. What if Anokhi needed something ? What ig she called him in hushed and weak tone, and he could hear that? 
Anokhi had put her hand in Shaurya's hand. Shaurya pulled his hand and opened the fist of Anokhi. Then, twirled his fingers in hers. After it, he put another hand of his and covered Anokhi's soft, warm hands that seemed little against Shaurya's. He then, patted on her hand and then caught her wrist. He didn't know he was doing that himself. He was just simply waiting for Anokhi to wake up. 
Anokhi slid her eye opened a little bit.

She could only see that wrist of Shaurya whichwas ornamented by his favorite wrist watch and the auspicious holy thread. 
She started playing her favorite game of finding divine messages, as to decipher what the universe wants to show to her. So she started thinking, 
"To mauli(auspicious thread of God) ke saath ghadi h.. Matlab.. Mata rani ka aashirwaad dono ke saath h..
 Iss time dono pe Mata Rani ki kripa h.. Aur jiss tareeke se mera haath Shaurya ne apne haath mein chhupaya hua h.. Vo darshata h.. 
Kaisey Shaurya mujhe humesha protect karega.. Mujhe thand lagegi.. To meri warmth ban jaayega.. Mera apna.. Special comfort zone ban jaayega.. Humesha mera khyaal rakhega.. Humesha mera saath dega.. Main haath badhaaungi.. To vo ungliya thaam lega.. Aur humesha mere saath chalega.."
Mere thought of this was enough for her to giggle. ...The forever.. 
As she started giggling, Shaurya found that she's awoke and was doing drama of sleeping. So, he made her sit and said, "Very Bad Anokhi, tumhe pata h, meei jaan nikli jaa rahi thi.. Aur tum yaha has rahi ho?"
She started smiling again. She was feeling much better. But, Shaurya thought that probably the temperature had reached to her mind and is making her do stupid things. So, he checked her once again. As he put his cold hands on Anokhi's forehead and neck, she shivered, but recovered herself in no time. She's all right now. So, Shaurya asked, "dikh to tum sahi hi rahi ho, but phir bhi.. Kaisa feel kar rahi ho?"
Anokhi didn't find the need to hide anything so she told him truthfully, "Meri back mein pain h thoda. I guess pain to itna h ki kamar tooti jaa rahi ho, but Kyunki maine pill li thi uss soup mein.. To maybe isiliye dard kam mehsoos ho raha h. Uss painkiller ka asar khatm hone pe pain laut kar aa sakta h. Baaki main theek hu." Shaurya wasn't fully convinced by this. So, he started finding another symptoms. He's searching gor a tiny sign of bad health in her, but he couldn't find any. 
Shaurya started checking her like a doctor as if whether she's feeling nauseous or not, she's dizzy or not and all. When Anokhi told insisted him that she's okay, he felt a sigh of relief. He asked her, if she wants anything from the next station where train was destined to stopped, she replied negative. Shaurya could feel her rejenuated nature. So, he didn't force anything on her. She went to washroom for changing her pad. Train was about to stop too. When she came from washing her mouth again, the stopped train had already started reaching it's pace. When she came to her berth, Shaurya was setting his pillow and dimming the light to off. Anokhi felt so pity for him. Her poor hubby didn't take ample of rest. He didn't even let himself to doze of for a tiniest of second. She found herself guilty for that. As Shaurya saw her coming, he signalled Anokhi to come and lay with him for a bit. She complied. Shaurya was half layed, supporting himself on window pane and Anokhi layed her back on his chest. (something like this, in backhug position 👨‍👧)
He said, "Cuddling time."
Anokhi could do two things right now, she could show astonishment to her fate and could wonder on what had she done to deserve such a cutie or she could enjoy the moment and relish the memories. She opted second one, as the process of overthinking could wait a little more. Shaurya had put his chin on Anokhi's head. She was still smiling. He could smell her rosy scent and strawberry shampoo of her hairs. While, Shaurya had put a deodorant of lemon, and the blanket that they put on was smelling lavender. Wait, how could the blanket smell like that, as it was of railways, and they don't put any smell in their stuffs as someone could be allergic to that. Then she realized that Shaurya had lighted a scented candle. She asked him, "Ye tum ghar se laaye ho PS?"
To which he replied, "Nahi, ye maine ordered ki thi.. Abhi station se pick ki h."
So, the whole environment was so cozy. It was smelling like a garden. Everything seemed so perfect, as if her specialized genie 🧞‍♂knew what did she want. 
She tried her luck and wished for a tub of ice-cream. To her amusement, Shaurya was actually handling a tub of icer-cream, filled with Vanilla, chocolaty, strawberry and mango flavor. It was all mixed. She caught that tub and started eating the ice-cream by the spoon, she was wondering if it was all her dream, but she wanted to fully enjoy that.. Whatever it was wether a dream or the reality. Meanwhile, as she was about to put the first scoup in her mouth, Shaurya held her hand by her elbow, "Aaa..haa.. Aa.. No Anokhi chahe kitna hi man kare ice-cream khaane ka par main tumhe khaane ka, main tumhe khaane nahi dunga. Firstly, tum abhi bukhaar se recover ho rahe ho, secondly your menses. Aisey mein garam khaana khaana chahiye, na ki thanda. Issey uterus contraction jyaada hoga, aur tumhe jyaada cramps honge. So it's a big no."
She pouted and folded her hands and showed her protest by almost breaking her neck in a strong sideways motion saying, "huh". Shaurya was smiling over this. Now, Anokhi knew that it was reality, as everything wasn't going according to her wish. She said in a differ tone, "Jab ye mere liye hai hi nahi, to mangaaya hi kyun?" To which he asap answered, "Kisne kaha ye tumhaare liye hai? Ye to maine apne liye mangaayi h. Tumhaare liye to ye warm chocolate drink h. Listening the whole sentence was enough, her smile broke on her face onced again and she hurriedly grabbed it. She didn't wanna let Shaurya snipe that one too. She said thankfully, "Tumne mere liye chockate drink mangaayi? You are the best hubby Shaurya." and she kissed on his cheek. Electricity flowed all through his body. All his discomfort had vanished in a snap. He could do this all day, for that sweet reward. But, he's in a teasing mood again, so he saw the kiddo Anokhi, lying at his chest and finishing her sip. He said with a little smirk, " Arey, ye meri pahli choice nahi thi. Main to tumhaare liye sasti si koi coffee ya tea khareedne waala tha. Par phir yaad aaya ki coffee bhi strong muscle contraction karti h. Ye tumhaare uterus ki layers ko aur tight kar deti aur tumhe jyaada dukhta." 
Anokhi thought in her mind, "ugghh! PS, aur iski pharmaceutical knowledge. Medicine kaun yaad rakhta h, aur vo bhi economics ka professor hokar?" 
Instead of saying that all, she gently smiled and said, "Achha? "
To which he bragging hos knowledge said, "Arey ye to common knowledge h, dekho na.. Coffee peene se saari muscles akad jaati h. Aur coffee aur chai dono mein thoda caffeine and nicotine hota h, jo ki neend bhagaane mein kaam karta h. Par aisey mein  tumhe relax hone ki jaroorat h, na ki extra active hone ki. Isiliye... " Anokhi's mind was blowing up now, so she said, "Achha, gumhe kya lagta h, tumhe ye sab pata h? Achhe se? "
To which he responded, "Aur nahi to kya? Infact Bachpan mein, infact abhi bhi.. Jab kabhi kitty ya bebo ko period pain hota h to main hi unhe garma garam soup banaakar deta hu. Aur vo bahut jaldi better feel karne lagti h. Ye to meri starting se knowledge h. "
Anokhi rolled her eyes again, Shaurya said, "Tumhe lata h, meri aur knowledge kya h?"
To which she asked being bored, "kya? "
"Yahi, ki meri wifey ko chocolates chahiye, to ye lo." Shaurya's hand was full of dairy milk silk, butterscotch and caramel toffees. Anokhi took all of them and started taking a bite of it, after finishing the drink. 
Suddenly, a question flashed in her mind, "Vaisey PS, tumhaare paas vo sanitary napkins and all, ye sab kaha se aaye? I mean mujhe pata h ki tumne Ticket Checker ma'am se medicine li thi, par itni jaldi inko kaisey manage kiya? Jabki mujhe bhi nahi pata tha ki mere periods aane waale h. Vo 10 days pahle hi aa gaye, varna main kuchh na kuchh intezaam karke aati."
Shaurya told his theory, "Actually Anokhi, mujhe bhi nahi pata tha. Ye to mera ek guess tha. Maine tumhaare symptoms notice kiye, aur mujhe laga ki tumhe inki jaroorat pad sakti h, isiliye main Chandigarh se aate time hi ye sab khareedkar le chala tha. Aur dekho, ye kaam bhi aa gaye."
Anokhi was surprised, "Heinn? Symptoms? Kaunse symptoms?"
To which he replied, "tumhe vaisey to low temperature A. C. bardaasht nahi hota, par kal raat ko jab A. C. Remote gum gaya tha, to tum usi temperature mein so gayi. Infact, jab m
aine tumhe kambal mein dhaka, tab bhi tumne laat markar usey floor pe gira diya, aur araam se mere upar pair rakhke so gayi 😂"
Anokhi was embarrassed a little, she didn't know anything of that, but she didn't let Shaurya to find that. So she asked, "Par garmi to kabhi bhi kisi ko bhi lag sakti h na? Iska matlab ye to nahi na, ki usey periods hi aane waale ho?"
"Haa, par saath mein tumhaara pal-pal badalta chehra bhi tha.. Itne mood swings? Uthte hi mujhpar cheekhne lagti ho, thodi hi der mein tumhe newspaper mein aaye kutte se pyaar ho jaata h, aur tum usey adopt karne ki zid karne lagti ho, Uske baad tum iss baat par rone lagti ho, ki dragons 🐉 can't blow up their candles on their birthday? Like seriously Anokhi? How much proof do you want? 
As I said, mujhe sirf shak tha.. Because tum to aisi harkatein usually karti nahi ho. Lekin dekho, ye kaam to aa hi gaya na."
