POV Peter
I'm fighting a creature.
"Watch out, Peter!" said a voice.
I turn around and see Skyler, I open my eyes.
"SKY!!" screams Tarah in the distance.
Skyler has a sword blade right in his belly. I then see a lot of blood flowing from the wound. He collapses and I barely catch him. I'll gently put him on the ground.
"Why did you do that?" I say, looking at his wound.
"She... she needs you..."
Then he rips something off around his neck, I see it's a necklace with a white stone.
"Here... keep it," says he by putting the object in my hand.
"What?"
"Here you are... my successor..."
I frown, looking at the necklace. I squeeze it and put it in my bottom pocket.
POV Tarah
I get out of Sombra's grip and run to my friend. Once in front of him and Peter, I see a huge bloody task. I put one hand on my mouth, feeling tears in my eyes. I crouch down and sit on the floor.
I keep crying and putting Skyler's head on my thighs.
"Sky..."
"It'll be okay, Tarah," said he, smiling.
I keep crying, sobbing. I caress his head. I know I can't heal him, the wound is too deep and too serious.
Then I see Ondina, Adam and Edana arriving. Edana rushes towards us and I see her eyes, fogging up with tears. She approaches Skyler and looks at his wound. She passes a hand on his cheek.
"No! You can't leave me!" says she, letting several tears flow.
Sky then places his hand on Edana's cheek.
"I will never leave you. I will always be there with you."
"You can't die! I can't live without you!"
This scene breaks my heart. I turn to my two other friends and see Ondina crying on Adam's chest. He has tears in his eyes and is ready to cry. I turn to Skyler.
"Tarah?" says he, turning to me.
I'm looking at him.
"Take care of her, take care of them... okay?"
I'm nodding my head, crying.
"You can't leave like that!" I say in a hoarse voice.
"Unfortunately yes... know that... you've been the most amazing best friend... I've ever met... You are and will remain like my sister... I love you..."
"Me too... I love you... You are and will remain like my brother."
I put a kiss on his forehead. Sky then turns to Edana.
"Edana... I love you... I love you with all my heart... Thanks to you... I... I learned what love really is... I love you Edana..."
"I love you too, Sky..."
She puts her lips on those of the blond. She breaks the kiss a few seconds later.
"I'm going to join my little sister... I'm going to join Winter..."
Then he looks at the sky. I keep crying and then I see Skyler's eyes become empty and lifeless. He no longer breathes. I sob and Edana, slams her head against his chest, while crying all the tears of her body. I pass my fingers over the eyes of my now deceased best friend and close them gently. I gently place his head on the ground and place a last kiss on his forehead. I get up and approach Peter. He then comes to surround his arms around me. I cry on his chest and he passes a hand in my hair.
