"Uh Chief Bailey can I talk to you,for a moment?"  Andrew said walking towards her.
"Hmmm, Deluca have you thought about what's your plan after your fellowship?" Bailey said 
"That's what I wanted to talk to you about actually" he said shyly
"Hmm" Bailey said with a frown her hand on her side waist
"I'm staying here, after I finished my fellowship I'd like to continue my attending career here" he said proudly
"Did you even bother on checking in some hospitals, I mean Grey Sloan is one of the best in Washington but we're level 1 trauma center" she chuckled amusedly
"Yeah I know that, that's one of the reason why I wanted to stay here actually" he gave her a slight chuckled.
"I know that's not the only reason,Deluca" Bailey said sternly. Andrew gave him a confused look.
"I am chief Miranda Bailey,I know everything" she chuckled.
"Yeah, right" he didn't know what to reply
"Look, it's not like I don't want to here, in fact we'd be thrilled having you here, or I don't want you dating Meredith, it's just..... she's been through a lot,more than you can imagine, I've seen her in her ups and downs, I've seen hew grew, I saw hew create her own family and I haven't seen her smile like that since her husband died, as her former mentor it hurts me, so whatever you decide I'll decide professionally and I'll respect your decision" 
"Thank you,Chief and I'd like to stay... not just for her but also for myself" he smiled. Bailey just nodded with a small smile.
He didn't need to think about his future career, because he knew he'd stay by her side, he didn't want to leave her ever, he's sure she's the one for him, she can make him lost in her eyes just by staring at her, she makes him happy, no one else made him happy like that since her mother died, she's the only woman in his life she wanted, he's surely wanted to marry her someday, he's sure wanted to have family with her and have her kids and legally adopt Ellis, he's surely in love with Meredith Grey and he's still falling for her every second he spent time with her.
"Good morning!" Meredith smiled walking up to him with two cup of coffee on her hands.
"Hi, Morning!" he gave back giving her a quick kiss. "Thank you" he said  after she hand him the coffee.
"So,I talk to Bailey" he started walking, Meredith on his side
"How did it go?" she said curiously
"It went well actually, she didn't say anything just.... she said she'd be thrilled to have me here" he smiled thinking about what Bailey said.
"Well that's great" she smiled back
"I'm never leaving you, Meredith" he said softly kissing her making Meredith giggle.
Someone cleared their throat interrupting their moment.
"Hmmmm, so how's it going?" Jo said
"Hmm look at you in navy scubs, you look fantastic" Meredith said trying to avoid the subject.
"Right,thank?" Jo said riding her jokes.
"So... you didn't answer my question?" Jo reminded crossing her arms on her chest 
"What's your question again?" Meredith pretended not to remember, Jo gave her a disappointed look 
"We-were great, yeah great, ho-hows your marriage life?" Meredith stammered sipping her coffee.
"Great yeah,the sex is great..... you know what married said is better than dating sex" Jo said amused
"Jo you don't want the whole hospital staff hearing about your sex life do you?" Meredith whispered reminding her that their in the middle of the hallway.
"Right!" Jo whispered embarrassed making 
Andrew chuckled.
"So any plans about having kids?" Meredith asked opening the lab door followed by the two doctor behind her.
"Yeah actually we're trying, so Ellis could have sibling" Jo smiling
"That's sweet of you" Meredith smiled sitting on the couch Andrew on her side.
"Oh I gotta go Bailey's paging me" Jo said standing up turning off her pager.
"Do you even want kids?" Meredith blurred out
"What?" Andrew said looking down at her.
"I mean I know were taking it slow but I want to know what you want and what you don't want,and I do have a daughter and we haven't really talked about it so.." she explained 
"I have 17 first cousins,age 2 to 15, the 14 year old Tony, he always calls me about girls he's been doing that since he was nine" he started making Meredith laugh "The 5 years old Tonya,she attached herself to my leg when she sees me and I basically wear her like a leg brace. Two year old Nicolas like to put things in my hair and then dig them out" he finished his story observing how Meredith laugh at his story.
"The problem is not gonna be that I don't like kids,Mer" he breath out "Problem is Ellis might like me more that you" he joked leaning in for kiss.
"You think?" Meredith said amused raising her brows kissing him back.

Meredith let out a heavy breath looking at herself at her bathroom mirror after a long day, she's exhausted, her schedule was full of surgery the next few days. She let out a deep breath knowing that Andrew is not leaving after his fellowship, also knowing that he wanted a family, and she has it the only thing she's nervous about is instructing her daughter to her boyfriend slash fellow. She isn't planning on introducing them to each other anytime soon, they met but not formally, they just saw each other at the lab the other time, since then they haven't seen each other. She knew Ellis might accept Andrew fast because she didn't meet Derek and the only father figure he has is Alex, Winston and Link,her uncles, she hasn't called anyone 'dad' before, she's 4 she can't understand that much,but she got jealous her friends have their own dads and she don't.

She shook her head taking her close off and hoping into the shower to took off the smell of long exhausted day, she immediately fell asleep not bothering on looking at her phone, because there's nothing to look at.
