I tried to wrap my head around what had just happened. I knew he was just using me, probably trying to hurt me more and sadly it worked. Moments earlier he kissed my neck a couple of times and I was already giving him all of me without even a fight. What was going on with me.
I collected myself and decided to go find Zack and apologise for what happened. I walked downstairs and everyone was in the living room besides him. Everyone looked at me but then quickly looked away as if they were scared of me. I walked out and went to the kitchen and for my luck Zack was there.
"Zack, I'm so sorry" I said and he turned to look at me his face all beaten up and blue. I felt so bad.
"Don't come near me" he raised his voice and I slightly jumped.
"Zack, I won't hurt you" I said "I'm really sorry" I said and I could see he was furious.
"You said you weren't seeing anyone!" He screamed.
"I'm not" I defended myself.
"Liar" he said now looking at me with an empty look.
"Look, whatever you and the boss have going on between you two, I don't want to be involved so please stay away from me" he said.
"There's nothing going on between me and Lucian" I said before he left the room and left me alone again. I fell down on the chair and was in shock by what had happened just now.
I got up and walked to the library feeling at loss for words. Great now I don't even want to leave my room and see people. I was so embarrassed.
Lucian's POV:
I was walking past Adria's bedroom and decided to check up on her but she wasn't there. Probably at the library.
I closed the doors to her room and went to my bedroom. I walked into the closet and put on some more casual clothes and took my car keys.
I walked down to the library. And of course Adria was there. Reading as always. She was laying on the couch her legs popped up on the backrest of the couch and she was holding a book right above her head. When she heard the doors open she sit up and looked at me.
She was wearing a casual yellowish tone sun dress and the front strands of her hair were pulled to the back and tied with a ribbon. She looked cute.
I was so intrigued by how she looked. One moment she looked sweet and innocent like right now. Then other moments she could wear a sexy dress and be a strong independent woman and put everyone in their place. And I wasn't sure which one I liked better.
"Get up, we're going out" I said to her and she looked at me confused.
"What makes you think I would want to go with you somewhere after what you did?" She said with her attitude.
"Do you want to get out of this house or no?" I asked her again hoping she wouldn't put on too much of a fight.
She stood up and placed the book she was reading down on the desk and walked towards me.
"Where are we going?" She asked me as I opened the door for her.
"I don't know yet" I said and she looked at me with a serious look and we walked to the garage.
I opened the car door for her and she got inside the car. I walked over to the drivers side and opened the garage door and we drove away.
Adria's POV:
We drove away from the mansion and I looked outside the window the whole entire time. I haven't been outside of that house for almost two weeks now. It felt good to see a different scenery. Even if I was very pissed with Lucian I was very happy for this offer to leave the house.
