In the bustling streets fill with people who seeks for things they need, there's a certain black-haired girl who was ordered to buy a bags of tea.

She had a twinkling eyes, excitement running through her body. Even though she went to the place many times as she's the one incharge of buying things, she's always happy to be back again in the lively place where she can find new things.

She never hated the task that was assigned to her because doing it, not only she can help but she can have fun as well given that she enjoys walking around.

For her, this place is something. Despite of having a memory of hunger and other bad things, she also had a good memory in the mentioned place especially when she met the cat-like butler and his master which leads her to meet good people and have a comfortable home.

However, as she recalls the memories that she had in the street, she shuddered when an image of a rat came to her mind.

She shook her head and slap both of her cheek to get rid of the fearful image. Moving her feet, she stopped at a certain tea store which the butler described then opened the door to step inside.

"Welcome!" A woman with a shoulder length hair in violet color that matched her skin greeted her as soon as she stepped in.

"I'd like to get a few boxes of tea that Opera always ordered. Hell purple tea, wasn't it?" She asked after she greeted her politely.

"Oh, it's Hell Grey Tea." She lightly chuckled which causes the cat-like girl to blush in embarrassment.

"Why do they call it grey tea when the aura is purple and the color is brown? So embarrassing!"

"No need to feel embarrassed, i'll have it delivered at the mansion." She smiled. The girl named Seia nods then payed for the tea before exiting the store.

"She must have steal it!" The girl's attention was now on the commotion that's happening few steps away from her.

There's a young girl sitting on the ground, ragged clothes hanging on her skinny body, in her front there's a young boy looking down at her while pointing a finger.

"I-I didn't steal it. I'll n-never do that." The young girl whispered, her head lowered.

"Don't lie! You stole it because you're hungry right? You should restrain yourself! Now pay, since you already ate the apples that you stole." The young boy shouted.

"I d-didn't do it." The young girl attempted to defend herself but her efforts were to no avail. Tears filled her eyes, feeling hopeless.

"I'll pay for it." The cat-girl stepped in. Seeing the young girl being accused to something she didn't do make her feel something in her heart.

"Who are you to barge in other people's business?" The boy said.

"I'll double it." She then give the card to the parent of the young boy. The mother accepted it with a smile on her face since it's to their favor.

"Stand up and held your head high." Seia assist the young girl who was on the ground.

"T-thank you, umm?"

"Seia, my name's Seia."

"T-thank you, Seia-san. I'll do whatever you want for helping me." The girl slightly bowed at her.

"You don't need to, are you hungry? Let's eat something." The girl was about to decline when Seia pulled her and entered a restaurant.

"Eat up, it'll be a waste if you didn't." The cat-girl said, seeing that the young girl is stopping herself despite of the drool in her mouth as she stare at the tons of food in front of her. Giving up to her hunger, the young girl started eating.

"May I know your name?" Seia asked while watching the young girl devour the foods at the table.

"I'm Ceci."

"Hmm Ceci, why are you in the streets?"

"I was hungry and decided to walk around the street and stopped at the certain store to look at the fresh apples, imagining eating it to somewhat overcome my hunger but then the boy suddenly point his finger at me."

"And your parents?"

"U-umm, I live by own. My parents said they have to go somewhere and will be back. But it's been two years."

"How old are you, Ceci?"

"I'm five." Seia feel bad, who imagined that a five-year-old girl has been enduring her hunger everyday to live.

"Seia-san, a-am I a-abandoned?" The young girl lowered her head. The older girl didn't know how to respond, she didn't want to hurt her.

She was about to say something when her head suddenly hurts, like someone has been hitting it with a rock which cause her to clutch her head then screamed in pain.

"Seia-san are you okay?!" Ceci panicked then moves to her side, her hand on the back of the older girl, rubbing it.

"It hurts! Someone stop it!" Seia shouted, reffering to her head. She didn't even noticed that Ceci was beside her. Tears started to flow out of Seia's eyes, as she laid her head in the table begging it to stop.

"You'll live here from now on, don't ever expect to see us again."

"This is for you, this will help you be strong."

"You should learn how to live independently."

The two figure said to the girl who look like them. Leaving her in the small house full of dust and bugs. The couple didn't even feel bad thinking that it's for her. But that was just an excuse.

The five-year-old girl stood there for a while proccessing what had happen before feeling excited, believing that this was for her to be strong, not even realizing that she was abandoned.

She always wanted to be strong, to impress her parents who always look at his brother but not even give her a single glance.

Filled with enthuasiasm, she rolled her sleeves up before grabbing the cleaning materials that was placed on the corner of the small house. She started to clean up since she can't live here with it being this dirty.

After five days, she's now slumped on the floor, having no energy to even lift her finger. The enthuasiasm she had was gone, all the she feel is extreme hunger.

"Mom, dad, brother." She whispered, imagining her family eating together in a table full of dishes.

"P-please help me." She knew that no one can hear her, that her family can't help her. Her eyes was slowly closing.

"H-help." With that, she closes her eyes, drifting into unconsciousness.

"So warm." She said as she felt a warm hand delicately touching her cheek as if it's a fragile glass. She didn't know who is it since all she can see was black and a small light that's far from her. Not long after she felt a warm thing on her forehead as she run to reach the light before her vision was engulfed with the light.

"You're awake."
