"Haa...hah." Aether started to whimper as quietly as he could. He unfortunately woke up Xiao, who woke up everyone else.
Everyone in the teapot scurried to get wet towels, blankets, food, stuff like that. Yanfei brought some children books, Ganyu brought Sweet Flowers and Glaze Lillies to calm Aether down, Venti played some local Liyue and Mondstat ballards to calm everyone down, Zhongli was tasked to deliver the baby, and Xiao stood outside with Kazhua in silence. Meanwhile, Aether starts to scream out in pain, giving everyone and himself a heart attack.
"Why are you so sorrowful on a moonlight evening like this?"-K
"What do you think Kaedehara?"-X
"You should not worry, The Traveler is strong enough to hold his own."-K
"Its not that Im worry about. Im worried if something goes wrong during the delivery. What if-"-X
The blond screamed out once more, then suddenly stopped screaming. He sounded like he was in pain. It was making the raven panic interally, though Kazuha reassured him that he was fine. 
Time skip to 3 hours later~
Aether was having too much trouble breathing once he was done with the delivery. He inhaled something that his lungs could not hold for him to fuction. Chongyun was called in the room to see if its was an evil spirit, it was not. What was wrong with him then? The blond was losing his life so quickly, and no one didnt even know what did he have. How could he be saved if his sickness was unknown? He was not choking on anything either.
"Let me....see....Xiao." Aether said, passing out due to breath loss afterwards.
Everyone else was called in the room to check up on Aether. Xiao was shocked to see a pale Aether hanging on for his life, all he knew was that he stopped screaming. The small baby in the blond came, and it was a successful delivery. The baby was healthy, but the mother was not. Aether sounded like he was on his last few hours of life, huffing through each breath and word.
"We have to wait it out. It would be too much of a risk to handle this now, especially after birth."-Z
"Mr Zhongli is correct Xiao, he still can make it."-Y
" Just watch over him Conqueror of Demons. The Traveler needs all the support he can get right now."-G
Xiao nodded, and watched over his lover for the rest of the night. Luckily, the baby kept him company, holding their father's finger while the raven held his lover's hand. The baby was a quick learner, for they quickly adapted to the room. But the person in the Yumemiru bed was unfamilar to the small one.
As hours went by, Aether was making more and more loud whimpers, keeping the raven awake. Eventually, he woke up out of breath, similar to fighting a cold. To find that his family was protecting him in his weak state, sleeping right next to him. What a sight it was to see.
"Aether? You're awake. What did you inhale to make you like this?"-X
"I think...ashes. It...looked dusty...and the windows....they were open. Something flew in....mustve got in the water..."-A
" Ashes? But no one died, we all were helping you deliver this little thing." Xiao held up the baby while both Aether and the baby giggled.
"Monster...ashes. They were....red, thats for sure. Ngh"-A
" Rest for now Aether, you did a great job."-X
"The baby....is a little....girl. You...name her." Aether whispered before doozing off to sleep, leaving the secret only with Xiao and the wind.
