In the time of the morning, Avni was standing in her room near the bed holding a phone which was ringing. Avni hesitates to pick up the call, she was looking at it. The call was from Neela maa. Avni never thought in her life that she will hesitate to talk to her mother with she shares each and every thing. Avni picked up the call. Avni licks her lips which were getting dry. Avni shook her hair and keep the phone at her ear.
Avni: he, hello. 
Nm: where were you? I am calling you for a long time. 
Avni: ab, wo, aa, I, I was taking shower. Just now, I came out and heard the phone ring. Why? What happened, you called this early, is everything alright. 
Nm: yeah... why, can’t I call my daughter? 
Avni makes a face. 
Avni: nothing is like that. 
Neela maa smiled. 
Nm: relax, I am just kidding. I just called to ask you about your well-being. How are you? Is everything alright in the home? Shweta Ji, Bebe, Neil, everyone is fine? 
Avni smiled. 
Avni: I am good and everything is fine. Mummy Ji, Bebe and Ne… 
Avni stopped. Neela maa frowns, she checked the call is on or not. Avni smiled. 
Avni: everyone is fine, you say? 
Nm: Ye, yeah, I am good. I was missing you so thought to call you. 
Avni smiled. She sat and felt good. 
Avni: you did right. How is papa? 
Neela maa smiled and goes to sit on the couch. 
Nm: He is good, he was also missing you. He was asking to call you here for some days but I stopped him that very less time have passed to your wedding you both should spend time with each other. 
Avni looked down and looked at her nails.
Ashish comes and signed whom she is talking to. 
Nm: Avni. 
Ashish smiled and came to sit with him. Neela maa put the call on the speaker. 
Ashish: hey, Rock star. 
Avni: hi, papa, how are you? 
Ashish: good. How are you? 
They were talking. On the other side, Neil was talking with the assistant of his client. 
Neil: ok, I will reach there on time. Thank you. 
Neil cuts the call and was smiling. Neil looked at the card. 
Neil: thank you, Avni, for this motivation. 
Neil kissed the card. He grabbed his clothes by leaning to the bed and goes to change. 
Ashish: by the way, Princess, did that matter of that consignment of that company is resolved.  What’s their name? 
Ashish pinched her eyes. 
Avni: AJ. 
Ashish: yes, what happened to that? 
Avni: I don’t know much, papa, but Neil has gone there. 
Ashish: oh. 
Nm: what happened? 
Ashish: wo actually… 
Ashish told her everything. 
Nm: Neil has gone there? 
Avni was shocked. She wanted to hide about it but in the heat of the moment, she told them the truth.
