"Isabelle, are you done eating?" It's Ms. Castro.

"Ah yes ma'am, mag-uusap na po ba tayo?" Isabelle said and looked at her.

"Ah yes if its okay with you." Ms. Castro responded.

"Of course, ma'am. Tara po?" Isabelle said, she looked at us before she left and we nodded at her.

"Where are we going to talk, Ma'am?" I asked, in my low voice.

"In my office nalang.." Ms. Castro replied, when we reached at her office, she told me to sit as I looked around. Her office is quite big and it has a long table yung parang ginagamit for meetings ganon.

"Celestine, I would go straight to the point." Ms. Castro uttered which made me nervous.

"p-po?" I asked, nervously.

"I'm expecting and hoping that you could run for SSG President here in Ateneo. I'm the SSG Adviser and I think you deserve the position. From what I read sa school background and achievements mo I admit I was stunned, stupefied and you made me looked at you with awe." She stated.

What? She's appointing me to run for SSG President? Is Ms. Castro serious?

"Celestine, I'm sure you can make good things and good rules for this school, please try hija." She said, convincing me.

"Ah, I'll think about it po." I replied.

"Okay, the current SSG Council Members and the running for SSG Council will have a meeting on September 16, Friday, I think it'll be around 3-4 in the afternoon. I hope you can attend." Ms. Castro informed.

Hell, September 16? Its tita Irene's birthday, so if I attend the meeting I will not be able to attend tita Irene's party! Damn, you're stuck Isabelle, think!

I don't want to disappoint Ms. Castro and I also don't want to disappoint tita Imee and it's tita Irene's birthday, I don't want to miss it.

On Saturday, I'll be going to the mall to buy a simple but elegant gift for tita Irene. If ever, hindi ako maka-attend sa birthday niya, ipapadala ko nalang yung regalo ko kela Beth at Clea. Mag- eexplain nalang din ako kay Tita Imee, kung sakaling hindi ako makarating.

Fate is really making fun of me!

Sa dinami-dami ng araw pinagsabay pa talaga!

"I'll try to attend, Ma'am. If ever wala po akong gagawin." I said politely.

"Okay, I'll expect you Celestine. Please attend, I will not let them start the meeting kung hindi ka pa dadating." She remarked.

Okay, now I'm literally stuck!

"A-ah okay po.." I replied plainly as I smile awkwardly.

"Okay, you can go now. Thanks for your time." Ms. Castro said and smiled at me.

I bowed my head and I left her office. I go back to the canteen and they are still there. I went near to them, frowning.

"What happened?" Beth asked.

"You looked stress ah." Clea added.

"Ma'am Castro wants me to run for SSG President -

"Oh my gosh, grabe kana talaga!" Clea exclaimed.

"Really? I'm sure you'll win Belle. I bet!" Beth said joyfully, I smiled at them and frowned again.

"Why do you look so sad, hindi mo ba gusto?" Beth asked.
