"Carmin. Carmin has been murdered."

After Hulk informed us about the 'tragic' death of Carmin, Casteel rushed out to inspect his case and I just silently followed behind, the sound of clicking heels being the only sound in the isolated hallway.

Taking a right I heard whispers of people from one of the rooms as I just kept on walking to the direction of the commotion and there they were. A bunch of people surrounding someone in the middle.

Slowly walking towards them I didn't look at people who abruptly moved out of my way and bowed their head in the respect and soon I was standing beside Hulk as Casteel was was infront of us looking down at the body with an unknown expression on his face.

Anyone would think his face was was expressionless but I knew him too well to know the look on his face wasn't nothing. That made a question arise in my mind.

Do I even know him anymore?

Did I ever know him?

Probably not.

Who cares anyways.

Letting out a whistle I finally looked down at the long gone middle aged man and let out a mocking gasp on his condition.

He just layed there with his eyeballs taken out and blood flowing from his-

Can it even be called an eye if it had no eyes?

His hand weren't cut but rather crushed into a single layer and that layer itself on the palm was burnt. If his body was lifted up I was sure his arms would fall out like melted meet.

His legs had small knives stabbed everywhere and his exposed chest had marks all over but the most noticeable part was a big heart craved in the middle of his chest.

Oops.

Deserved.

Whoever did it must be really relieved right now.

Well so was I.

Being done with the drama I shrugged and decide to go back to my room but my steps halted when I heard a very familiar deep voice call out my name.

"Adrianna."

Let me take a damn nap.

Letting out a sigh I changed my frown into a full blown smile and turned around to meet his gaze.

He was still looking down but then slowly his grey orbs travelled up and locked into my browns. His face was set in a cold glare as he just kept staring at me without uttering a word.

"If you really want to keep staring at me you can do it with the hidden cameras you have in my room but I'll take my leave for now." I said smiling before giving him a wink and turned around resuming my steps.
