We ordered and soon as we did I heard someone call my name I looked up and saw it was my superior officer I'm thinking wth is he doing here so I tried to ignore him and my husband who had his back to him looked at me like baby what's wrong I told him I'm okay.
I saw my abuser walk over to my table he was being so extra he introduced himself to my husband I guess he was a fan of his because he said started to tell him that his music was great which it is and told him I know your wife we work together at the military base but what my husband didn't know is what my superior officer looked like so he was friendly with him without even realizing that this man had sexually assaulted me on 2 different occasions on base so after they were finished talking he said hey Vanessa I played it cool said I said hi he spoke to my kids my niece and my sister then he left and went back to his table. We ordered our food when the waitress came and we all talked while waiting on our food then our food came we ate and was having a great time then we afterwards we left.
We went back home relaxed as a family and hubby said babe we gotta talk later so I said okay baby then after about an hour and half later my sister and my niece said their goodbyes to hubby Kross Emani and I then we were watching tv until hubby told the kids that we were going to talk in the kitchen so we walked in the kitchen and he said I know what's going on with your superior officer cause Jackie told me baby why didn't you tell me everything that's going on so I broke down and cried and told him everything about my sexual harassment and why I didn't report it but I told him that I told my mom and Jackie and some of my friends on base he hugged me and said baby everything is going to be okay but he said please report it I want you to be safe and I can't be on base to protect you and I said I know baby and he said okay

Then we walk into the living room and Mon Mon is knocked out cold so I had Kross in my arms and then hubby picked up Emani we took her to her room and he put her in her bed and closed her door after walking out of her room afterwards we put Kross in his room in his bed then he was knocked out and closed his door afterwards then we walked to our bed got undressed and laid in each other's arms and fell asleep. I love my husband so much and feel so safe in his arms.
