"rose"Waking up in an unfamiliar place on a musty old couch was not on Mira's agenda for the day, let alone being kidnapped.
She figured it had something to do with the doppelganger, and she was right as she heard her speak.
'But I'm not Katherine,' Elena spoke, looking towards Mira, who had begun to open her eyes. Despite being kidnapped, she was still stunning and if she wasn't high on adrenaline, Elena would've certainly been jealous. 'My name is Elena Gilbert, you don't have to do this.'
'Well she's a bloody bright one, isn't she?' A familiar voice said and Mira smiled slightly. She hadn't seen Rebekah in a while. 'I swear the doppelgangers just get more annoying as the centuries go on.'
Mira gasps slightly at the pain she feels in her head, and winces as she touches the back of her head. The skin was tender, but not broken. No blood was drawn, and for this she was grateful. No vampires would lose control on her, unless of course they wanted to. But Elena on the other hand was covered in blood stains.
'I know who you are, I said be quiet,' the unfamiliar voice said harshly. Mira sat up from her laying position on the couch and swung her legs to the side so she was sitting on it instead. She groaned and placed her head in her hands, feeling nauseous, but both the vampire and doppelganger ignored her presence.
'What do you want?' Elena asks again and Mira mentally curses the doppelganger. Rebekah was right, the doppelgangers just got more annoying.
Then a loud slap echoed throughout the house, or should she say mansion. The room was huge, with wooden floorboards that seemed to creak under every movement and the windows were covered up, leading Mira to believe this vampire didn't have a daylight ring.
The backhand slap rendered the doppelganger unconscious, and Mira suppressed a snort.
'Thank god,' she muttered softly, earning her a curious look from her hostage taker. 'What? I don't know about you, Pixie Cut, but that voice is not what a hostage wants to hear just as she wakes up.'
A snort was heard from the doorway and both Mira and Pixie Cut turned to see a man. Rebekah groaned slightly in annoyance, making Mira so much surer this was Original business. 'I like her Rose; can we keep her?'
Rose scoffed. 'No, Trevor. We need to prepare for his arrival.'
'Who's arrival?' Mira asked as she saw Trevor tense and Rose with a worried look in her eye.
'None of your business,' Rose answered and both vampires left the room, leaving Mira alone with the unconscious doppelganger.
'What would your brother do if I just killed her right here, right now?' Mira questioned Rebekah. 'I mean, it would save me so much trouble.'
'He'd probably torture you for a few decades,' Rebekah answered nonchalantly, studying her nails.
'Shame,' Mira said mockingly, pouting and poking Elena's face.
'Shame,' Rebekah agreed.

Mira stood up to stretch, linking her hands and extending her arms in front of her, smiling when she heard the satisfying crack of her back.
She took her time to claw through the house. She wasn't going to leave, and both Rose and Trevor knew this. Mira was too smart to, but just to be sure they did listen in on the house to make sure that there were still two heartbeats.
