"Why are they coming with you?" I quirk my brows.

"It is our affiliation that made that construction. It's only rightful that they come with me—"

"Why can't it be me? I'm your husband—"

"Do you really want to?"

I was taken aback. Yeah, do I really?

My family's gonna be there and to be honest, I don't want to see them nor interact with them. All I want is to be with Mark but the feeling of wanting him is smaller than my hate for my family.

"I don't want them. I just want you—"

"If ever you decide to come with me, just tell me. I will process your papers immediately—"

"I'll just stay here." I huff. "At home."

"So, can I come?"

"I don't know." I said, feeling my tears falling at the same time. I feel so emotional now that Mark is asking for permission to leave.

"Love— Are you crying?" My husband gasped, then he turned me around and lifted my head up.

"It was the onions—"

"You are not cutting any onions, Donghyuck." He warns with a soft and kind voice. "Love, oh my god, please?"

"I can't help it..." I sob. "I thought we're gonna be fine. I thought we'll stay together forever."

"We are fine, love. We're together." Mark had smiled at me and with his soft and thin lips, he kissed me. "You being so clingy like this gives me hope that you love me too, Donghyuck..." He laughs, happily.

"Besides, love, I'm not gonna stay there for too long. Three days would probably do—"

"Days? Just days?" I huff with my runny nose and my snot dropping. Mark made me use his shirt to let it out, though.

"Yes, just for days." He says while letting me exhale. When I'm done, I look up to him and wipe my wet eyes.

"Really?" I try to stop my eyes from getting too big in anticipation but I guess I can't help it. My eyelashes flutter, then.

"Yes." He smiled widely and gave me a warm and tight hug, which I fell unto and gave back the warm embrace. "Damn, I'm gonna miss you so much."

I will, too. I swear, even if it's just for 3 day, I will cry. I'm gonna be alone in this house and I won't be able to see him for three long days, which sucks.

"You'll come back, alright?" I cry out on his neck. "My husband will come home."

"Of course. I'll come back home to my husband." He says in my ears and I think that was enough. This is enough.

All I have to do is wait for him.

"Let's go prepare your things."

"Let's eat breakfast first." He replies. "What are you cooking?"

"I don't even know..." I snicker and throw the things that I cut earlier, away. "Coffee?"

"Yes, please?" Mark says with pleading eyes which I found so adorable.

I, then, gave him the coffee that I made earlier. I made my own one and dropped on the chair beside him, not until he pulled me and made me sit on his lap.

"Ah!" I pout. "What if I fell?"

"In love with me?" He smirked, making me playfully hit him with my palms and groan. "S-So— Hahahaha, sorry... I'm sorry love. I-I was just— Haha— kidding!"
