"Want my mana..? What do you mean by that?" Ariston asked as he looked at Claude who have a frown on his face. Claude then looked at Ariston and replied, "He's faking everything"
"That's not true! Father loves me! He won't do that!" Ariston yelled as he moved his head to Anastacius. "Right father?" Ariston asked with a hopeful tone. As to his dismay, Anastacius avoided his gaze with a look of guilt on his face. This act made Ariston completely break down.
After convincing him that he 'love' him, he'll just betray him like that? Does he just want my mana? Did he ever love me? What about the things he told me? Were all of those fake? These are just some of the thoughts that are flowing inside of Ariston's mind right now.
"What? You don't have anything to say cause he's right? Is that it?" Ariston asked as he looked at Anastacius, waiting for him to tell that Claude's not right. That he really loves Ariston. That Claude is wrong.
"After a couple of minutes, Anastacius then faced Ariston with Guilty Jewel Blue eyes. At that moment, Ariston could feel tears forming in his eyes. He knows those eyes and what they meant but here he is, refusing to believe what those mean.
"Tell me the truth...please," Ariston asked once again. "It was my intention at first but-" Ariston cut off Anastacius as he started laughing. "I shouldn't have trusted you... God, Why did I even think those were real? I know I'm unlikeable but do you really have to play with my feelings to take my mana? You told me that you love me! " Ariston spat as he looked at Anastacius with betrayed eyes. "Ariston you don't understand. I-" "Don't understand? You said it yourself! What are you gonna say next? That you love me after spending time with me? Bullshit!" Ariston yelled in frustration as he started scratching his hands, causing them to bleed due to his long nail. This made Anastacius look at him in pity, As he was about to touch Ariston, Claude then separated his Arm from his body.
Anastacius then yelped in pain. He then looked at Claude who was looking at him with disgust. Before Claude could even slash his neck, Anastacius signaled him to stop as he look at Ariston who's currently sobbing. Sighing, Anastacius then grabbed Claude's sword and pointed it on his neck. Right before he finish himself, Anastacius asked Ariston to look at him for the last time. The lad then complied. Before Anastacius killed himself, He said something for Ariston which made the lad cry more.
"I'm sorry.... please stop crying... At least smile, you look prettier with that expression."
