Hu Tao's Pov :
After this night, me and Yanfei had seen each other from time to time. We had lunch together or we just walked in Liyue. But never more. Sometimes I asked about that woman but Yanfei was never clear about her. The lawyer said that the woman was just a good friend who happened to have her keys.
But it was obvious : it was a lot more than that. Every time I looked at Yanfei's green eyes, I remembered the fear in them that night. As the time passes, my curiousity grew more and more by the days and I decided to try and meet her at her place if she wanted to. I then texted her to know when she finished to work this day. 
"I think I'll finish around 9:00 pm, why ?" She texted back earlier than I thought. And I just ansewer some random lies for her not to suspect anything.
At the end of the day, I went to eat a snack with Zhongli but he left soon because his daughter's car stopped working. I rapidly ate my cake and went to Yanfei's place. Good things my memories were good, I didn't get lost too much. I arrived at Yanfei's place around 9:00 pm, and waited for her to come. 
"I hope she won't take too long or do overtime again, it's kinda cold here" I sighed a bit and sat in the floor, playing some gacha games while waiting
Yanfei arrived thirty minutes after, she seemed exhausted from her day. I stood up and called her name with a big smile. 
"Heyy, Yanyan ! You ok ?"
The lawyer looked at me with a surprised look and sighed. She then came by me.
"What are you doing here at this hour ?" She chuckled when I pouted saying that I just wanted to see her. 
Yanfei's Pov : 
When I finished my work, went home and saw my dear friend I immediatly checked at my window if the lights were on. Fortunately, Ningguang wasn't here today. 
"Right, it's thursday, the day where Beidou come home."
And with these thoughts I went to Hu Tao.
After she tried to justify herself about comming here - at least she didn't went inside my appartement - I told her to enter since I couldn't leave her alone or she would stay here all night. 
"Do you want beer or anything Hu ?"
"What beers do you have ?" 
I showed her the beers and she took some with her. 
Time passed and the director was at her fourth beer already, I could feel she was quite drunk because she was talking about how pretty her hat was.
She continued talking about her beautiful hat for a while and got sleepy, like the other day - but this time nobody would interrupt her - I then carressed her hair, they were so smooth, I could do this all day if I could. I continued to caress her hair and Hu Tao oppened her eyes a bit. 
"Hey Yanyan, I know you don't want to tell me but please at least tell me she's kind to you." 
I looked at her with a painful look, I could lie easily to anyone but not to her. But I also couldn't tell her about my relationship with Ningguang, I knew the director would be in danger if I did so I kept my mouth shut and smiled weakly to her.
The girl seemed worried but the alcohol was probably making her head a mess so she didn't insist more and fell asleep.
I laid her on the couch, put a blanket on her and wished her a good night. 
I then removed my clothes and my bra and put a big shirt to sleep. I fell asleep quickly, the beers got me a bit drunk but I had a dreamless night. 
My phone rang the next day at 5:00 am, I had around two hours of sleep and my eyes were so heavy that I almost fell asleep again but then I heard a familiar voice calling me. 
"Yanfeiii, where are you and why am I at your place again ?"
I told her to wait a bit and I got dressed as fast as I could.
When I got out of my bedroom, the director was throwing the empty cans in the trash. I called her name and she looked at me with a small grin. 
"Sooo, I don't really remember and I think I drank quite a lot yesterday. I haven't done anything did I ?"
I laughed a bit and reassured her, but I didn't talk about the questions she asked me.
We ate breakfast and struggled to stay awake. Then Hu Tao called Zhongli to pick her because she was tired and didn't have a car. We chatted while waiting for him and he came twenty minutes later. Before she left, the director kissed my cheek and thanked me for everything I did the day before. I blushed slightly and said goodbye to my friend and the tall man. 
When they left I got ready for work and looked at my heavy schedule of the day, I sighed and left my appartement.

A/n : Story time, yesterday I did a single pull and got Yae Miko. My 50/50 was guaranteed and I was around 50 of pity. But I wanted to keep my pity for Baal and now I have her pet/gf but can't have the owner. Crying rn (good luck with your pulls).
