"That is enough!" Naz exclaimed a day after my run in with Euphoria. She pushed away her tray of food and stood up on her feet. Kara didn't even bat her eye at her upset sister, too much consumed by her thoughts, whereas I tried to swallow what I had been eating to not die in surprise. Naz glared angrily at Kara, who still seemed not to notice her surroundings. "Stop sulking, Kara. Stop being such a mess." Her words cut through the air of the full mess and everyone stopped what they were doing. "Naz, give her time." I tried to bring back a little of the harmony, that we had moments ago, but Naz wasn't going to have it.

"She had nine weeks to get over it. Hell, I got over it. I got over him. But she is sulking away, destroying herself and I can't watch any longer." Her hands slammed on the table, while her brows narrowed and she bowed over the table to look Kara in her eyes, that stared just dull ahead. "Kara, wake up. You waste away. Wake up. Do something. Anything. Go to him or don't, but don't just stare at a wall and cry." I understand Naz a hundred percent. It breaks me too, every time I have to see Kara just drift through the day without any form of purpose, that she once had. Not even flying is giving her that back what she so desperately craves.

So I stayed silent and let my sisters for once speak, while I was incapable of healing their wounds. And for once I didn't have to. Apparently nine weeks had even been enough for Thire to miss Kara and be whimpering at Cody's doorstep to get a look at her. He stood tall and his armor shone in the artificial lights of the mess as if he had polished it to shine brighter than the sun rotating Coruscant. His eyes were like steel boring through anything that was in his way. He didn't relax until his eyes meet mine and then Kara. He walked, head held high, towards us and only dipped his head as he was near her. Showing his respect to her, nobody else Their eyes clashed and Kara is the first to look away. I can feel the pain and grief radiating off of her, but stay silent as Thire stiffly turns towards me.

"Your presence is requested." He said and I raised a brow. "You could have commed me." I stated and he glared at me before he sighed. "Guess, it didn't come to my mind." Everyone at this table knew why it hadn't come to his mind, but no one dared and said something as we watched each other closely.

"And why am I being requested?" I asked and Thire gritted his teeth. He obviously didn't like the fact that I asked so many questions. "It's you or them." He grumbles and  Naz immediately tensed, while Kara's head jerked up. "Then let's get going." I nodded and stood up. I slid my ring from my finger and gave it Edge, who was awfully quiet and strained, ready to pounce on Thire on my signal. "He will not be pleased." Edge growls and I shrug.

"I know, but I kind of wanna see Fox and Thorn's faces, when he storms in and demands me back." Edge grins now, while the rest snickers evilly. Thire was too occupied to stare into Kara's eyes and I had to nudge him multiple times until he snapped out of it. "Stay out of trouble, guys." I mumbled and Naz and Kara nodded sharply as I followed Thire out.

Thire guided me through the hallways until we reached a speeder outside. "Fox and Thorn want to make a deal. And they want to crush you. You'll have to fight them and sadly they will not treat lightly with you." I let the information sink in and oddly I felt calm about it. If they wanted to have Euphoria they needed to pass me, knowing fully well that they would never be able to pass Stone. He had his own mind in that regard. However I was apparently more approachable and destroyable, but I would not falter without a fight.

Thire was tense next to me as if he was contemplating a thought over and over in his head, stealing glances at me, but then sighing as deeply as it was possible without suffocating as he pressed the air out of his lungs. "Thire?" I stopped in my tracks and he stopped as well letting his feelings finally show. "What is it?" I asked and he shrugged. If he continued to press his lips together he would probably loose all blood circulation in them.
