Chapter 12

                                    

                                          
Atid and Aroon returns to their mansion after all the drama that unfolded in the office. Their friends were keeping the guests entertained while they were away from the party. Soon they enter the party and apologize to the guests for the interruption. They then kept all their tensions aside and enjoyed their wedding reception happily. 
Later that day:
Atid and Aroon was exhausted after the day's event. They also had to send their friends to the airport as their classes were starting soon. Atid assured them that he and Aroon would be joining them soon as there was only 2 months left for their graduation.
In the bedroom: 
Atid had finished taking bath and changed into comfortable clothes. He was talking to someone on the phone when Aroon came out of the bathroom just wearing a towel. 
Atid could not take his eyes of Aroon as he was looking so good. He was just staring at him when he realized that he might be making him uncomfortable. 
Aroon is embarrassed when he saw Atid staring at him intensely. 
Aroon : I ...I 
Atid: I am sorry. The maid has put all your clothes in the closet. I have bought some clothes for you. If you don't like them we can buy new ones. 
Aroon: No. It's okay. I wouldn't have done any better because I never chose.
Atid could hear the sadness in his voice. He quickly stands up and goes near Aroon. He then holds his hand and brings him near the bed and makes him sit down. 
Atid: Aroon, look at me.
Aroon slowly rises his head to look at Atid. Aroon could see care and concern for him in those eyes. 
Atid: Aroon, I know you have been through a lot. I know you were never given choices. There was no one to listen to your concerns,your joy,your pain. But all these changes from this moment. You will live your life on your terms. You will make choices. It may be right, it may be wrong. But you will choose and we will face the consequences. Whatever you feel, don't keep it inside. Laugh when you are happy,  shout when you are angry, cry when you are sad. Don't let your emotions bottle up. Always remember one thing, whatever happens we are in this together. We will face everything together.
Aroon could not understand whether to cry or to laugh. His eyes are tearing up while he has a smile on his face. He is happy and relieved to be free from all the bonds that were pulling him down. Atid broke all the chains that were holding him back.
Atid: Hey don't laugh and cry at the same time. You look like a mad person. 
Aroon: Yaa
Aroon hits him playfully. 
Atid: Oho!! Now you are hitting me. I am so sad. 
Atid stands there with a pout on his face. Aroon could not help but smile on seeing Atid's antics. He stood up and took Atid's face in his hands. He just placed a kiss on his forehead. Atid stood there in shock as he could still feel Aroon's lips on his forehead. Aroon suddenly felt embarrassed and ran away from their to get dressed.
Atid POV:
Shit. What just happened? Why do I feel like my entire world is filled with colors and a sweet melodious music is playing in the background. I really need to get a hold of myself. I cannot fall in love. He is just a friend that I am helping.
Aroon's POV:
Oh my God! What did I just do? I...Why did I kiss him? He said he just want to be friends. Why did I overstep the boundary? I need to control myself. I cannot let my feelings hurt him. Aroon decides to forget everything and act casual like nothing happened. He changes into a comfortable shorts and tee shirt and walks back into the room. Atid was already on the bed getting ready to sleep.
