Serene p.o.v

I ran through the crowded street, randomly grabbing items as I went, people here were too busy watching me run from Ginny Gothel, daughter of Mother Gothel, to stop me.
"GET BACK HERE, THIEF!" She screamed as she chased me. I laughed wickedly. Did she really think that would work?
"NEVER!" I yelled back, oh this was so much fun. I knew she wouldn't catch me, I knew the Isle better than most. Since so many kids were so busy trying to please their parents, they didn't do as much exploring as me. I never seeked out my dad's approval, great villains didn't need such a thing. Plus, he only cares about getting his revenge on Mowgli.

I scaled a wall, something that Ginny couldn't do. I could, I had claws. Well, only if I brought them out. I watched as Ginny angrily kicked over several bins.
"I SWEAR ON MY LIFE, WHEN I GET MY HANDS ON YOU, YOU'RE DEAD!" She bellowed. I just swung my leg from the edge of the roof and chuckled.
"I'D LIKE TO SEE YOU TRY!" I responded, fearlessly. Ginny just glared at me until a voice called out from the shadows. I could hear, the building wasn't that high up and I had very good hearing. I didn't need to yell and she knew she didn't need to shout. I'd only been yelling cause it was fun. She'd been shouting because of anger.
"Well well well, look what we have here," Harry Hook, son of captain Hook, walking up to Ginny in a slow and frightening manner. "It's Ginny Gothel, and what has made you bless us with your presence?"
Ginny gulped, seeing the hook that was always on Harry's hand. She knew better than to pick a fight with Harry. She should've known better than to pick a fight with me, I only ran so I could grab valuables on the way, I could easily take her in a fight. Ginny regained her posture.
"No reason Hook, just...passing through,"
"On your way then," Harry indicated off. Ginny left. Harry looked up at me. "I'm starting to think you enjoy being chased around the Isle,"
"You know I only ran to grab some loot," I responded, climbing down. Harry looked interested.
"What did you grab?"
I opened my jacket, revealing many trinkets attached to the lining. Harry laughed.
"A good score, as usual, Uma will be pleased,"
"It's what I do," I bragged, shrugging. Harry laughed and led us out.
We headed out of the allyway, coming out to the same part of the Isle where I'd been told the others were leaving.

*flashback*
Mal held up the lollypop she had just stolen from a baby. We all laughed. Suddenly, everyone except us five ran away, they'd seen Maleficent's henchmen. Mal turned around.
"Hi mom," she greeted. The henchmen parted revealing Maleficent.
"Stealing candy Mal, I'm so disappointed," she drawled.
"It was from a baby," Mal tried. Maleficent looked pleased.
"That's my nasty little girl," she said, taking the lollypop from Mal, before spitting on it, putting it under her armpit and telling one of her henchmen to 'give it back to the dreadful creature'.
Mal started to complain but Maleficent interrupted, telling her she was trying to teach her to be evil and everything, I was only half listening.
Maleficent turned to us. "Oh, I buried the lead, you four, have been chosen to go to a new school, in Auredon," she announced. The other three tried to run, but were stopped by more henchmen. I didn't try to leave. What did she mean, four? Did it mean one of us weren't going?

"Mom, I'm not going to some boarding school filled to the brim with pink princesses," Mal said. Evie stepped up.
"And perfect princes...ew," she quickly added, seeing Mal's look. Jay went up.
"Yeah, and I don't do uniforms, unless it's leather, you feel me," he said, holding his hand up for a high five. Instead Carlos added his worry.
"I heard somewhere that they allow dogs in Auredon, mom said they're rabid animals who boys who don't behave,"
Jay came up behind him and barked, scaring him.
"Yeah mom, we're not going," Mal finalised, but Maleficent wasn't having it.
"You're thinking too small, it's all about world domination," she announced, what a drama queen.
"Knuckle heads," she screeched. We looked at each other. Us or the henchmen? "Mallll," she called in a singsong voice.

After a very long and boring talk about taking over Auredon and stuff, the others said their goodbyes to me, as I hadn't been invited.
"Don't worry," Evie had whispered so only I could hear. "We'll be back before you know it,"
Jay had ruffled my hair. "See you soon tiger,"
Carlos gave me a one-sided hug. "See you in a bit,"
Mal had given me a rare genuine smile behind the others backs, but said nothing.
They got into the limo, and I hadn't seen them face to face since.
*end of flashback*

Harry saw where I was looking and sighed, knowing how hurt I was, something I wasn't silently grateful he hadn't used against me. "They'll pay for abandoning you and us on the Isle,"
"Revenge..." I stated, my face blank and my eyes angry. "...will be so sweet,"
Oh wait, I haven't introduced myself, have I? I'm Serene Khan, daughter of Shere Khan. And I want revenge, so I'm gonna get it.
