Third-person pov
Angelo went to his room after his work and close the door. He looks down at the wound and the bullet is still inside and it starts hurting more. He groaned and kicked off his shoes. He went to the closet and pick a first-aid kit. He remove the shirt and throw it on the floor and his room door open and a worried-looking River came inside. 
River asked worriedly: "fuck. Are you fine? Let's go to the hospital"
Angelo said blankly: "I'm fine. Come here and pull out this bullet"
River look at him with wide eyes then said simply: "you know I can't. I will call Ron and"
Angelo said blankly: "it been already half an hour and poison is spreading inside so just do it. I will do it by myself but it's in my stomach and I can't do it"
River hands start shaking and he mumbles: "I'm sorry Angelo, I can't you know I'm scared of all this and "
Angelo said blankly: "it's an order, River. Do it right now"
River close the door and went towards him. Angelo said blankly: "get a candle from the drawer"
The river gets the candle and rushes back to him. He lit up the candle and Angelo said blankly: "heat the knife and just pull out the bullet"
River said simply: "I'm scared what if I hurt you more"
Angelo lean against the headboard and said blankly: "just do it River"
River take a shaky breath and did as Angelo instruct him. Angelo groaned in pain when River pull out the bullet. Angelo sighed loudly and River said panicking: "oh my God, it's bleeding so much"
Angelo said blankly: "don't worry, it's fine"
River is still looking scared. Angelo cleaned up the wound and wrapped a bandage around it. He take two painkillers and said blankly: "your work is going to be double from now on"
River said simply: "Yeah, I just got the message that's why I came here"
Angelo nodded his head and said blankly: "now leave"
River murmured walking out: "at least say a thank you for saving you"
Angelo said blankly: "I'm not going to die with that one bullet"
River went out and Angelo went to the washroom. He takes a good shower and wears back to his room. He wears a black shirt and ripped jeans. He gets his leather jacket and wears his shoes. He picks his gun, phone wallet and whatever he needs and went out of the house. All the guards bow down in front of him just like every time. He went to his bike and sped off to the road.

Angelo reaches Olivia room and opens the balcony door. He went inside and saw her sleeping with all the colours, papers and other things spread on the bed. He shook his head in amusement and close the balcony door. He went towards Olivia and get the colour from her hand. He lay her properly and cover her with a blanket. 
He saw she didn't complete her cards. He kicked off his shoes and sat down on the bed next to her. He picks the card to complete her work so she wouldn't be sad after she wake up. He is working on the last card when Olivia start trashing around while tears rolled down her cheeks. 
Angelo said gently: "Rossy, wake up. It's just a bad dream, calm down"
Olivia's eyes jerk open and she looks around. Her eyes landed on Angelo and she hug him sobbing on his chest. He said gently: "shh it's fine. I'm right here with you"
