I never wanted things to be like this. I love Lapis but sometimes she's just too much. So we began to drift apart. But we were still together. That's why I felt horrible when one night I slept with Amethyst. I didn't mean for it to happen but it just did. I've tried to break things off with Amethyst. But I just couldn't. 
                          
"Amethyst you can't be here," I said as she walked into my apartment. "Oh come on it's not like Lapis is here." She said moving her hair out of her face. "Lapis will be back any minute. You need to leave." I grabbed her arm trying to get her out. Before I could get her out the door Amethyst slammed the door shut. "It will be quick I promise I'm bored." She whined pulling her arm away from my grasp. "No!" I said trying not to yell. Amethyst then forced me to the wall. She began to place kisses on me. 
                          
She stopped when the front door opened. Amethyst smirked and placed a kiss on my lips. I heard a gasp as I finally got Amethyst off me. And there was a site that continues to kill me when I think about it. Lapis was crying. It was rare to see her cry. Knowing that I was the one to make her cry just hurts more and more. "Lapis I-" She cut me off. "Why?" was all she said. "I-I uh." I didn't know what to say. 
                          
I couldn't say 'It's not what it looks like.' cause it's what it looks like. "Awe jealous she wanted someone better~," Amethyst says with a sly expression. More tears spilled from Lapis eyes. She didn't say anything after that. Lapis just turned away shutting the apartment door. 
                          
That was the last time I saw her. I went to everyone who Lapis was friends with. None of them had seen her. Until a year later. She was happier and with someone new. But hell the pain I was feeling I disserved. I did break her heart and trust. I'm happy that she found someone who really disserved her.
