Valyrr usually has terrible nightmares involving a dark figures with no noticeable features except glowing white eyes. It's basically a personification of his guilt that comes at night when he's feeling at his worse and haunts his dreams. It's usually him getting torn apart, being mocked, or really just something painful. I wouldn't say it's sleep paralysis but he feels the last effects even after he wakes up. He deserves a hug, and help. Definitely some help. A hug would be good too.

I don't know, honestly I'll try my best to explain this piece without being confusing Im just tired since I spent all do doing homework and then spent the rest doing this along with other things.
Okay so, I feel like this song — or at least, when I listen to it while manifesting the Valyrr in me — it kind of represents how he and guilt-personified stick with each other. Like, how Valyrr is always feeling some sort of guilt and how he does nothing about it except let it ruin him. Honestly he really does need help.
