People started making noise out of fear "All of you silence! What kind of disrespecting are you doing? You're in front of King Fritz so everyone shut up!" one of the guards shouted and the people fell silent.
Ymir looked back at me with scared and concerned face, my glare melts and look at her "Don't worry I won't let them hurt us" I said and give her a small smile which she did too and look again infront. Fortunately we were at the end of the line so it was a long time before we were next.
But that is also not good because we can hear the screams of others because their tongues are being cut out. I didn’t take my eyes off the king and continue to glare at him, thinking of many things on how I’ll kill him. 
After a few hours of painful cutting of tongues and the shout of the people it was Ymir who was next. I pushed her onto my back and went in front of her "Hey what do you think you're doing?" a guard asked but I didn't answer and just stared at him.
When I didn't answer him he walked towards me and said "if you want to go first go here" but I didn't move and just looked at him with a glare. "Are you deaf? I said come here y-" but before he can continue a deep voice cut him of "It's okay just shut up first and go back to your position Philip" Philip which is the guard who's talking to me become silent then he bows. 
When I look to find who just talked it's the king who is already looking at me with slightly wide eyes but I just glare at him and his eyes widens more. By the looks of his face I think his shock and surprised 'Huh? surprised?' I thought but I shake my head and continue to glare at him.
The king stared at me first and the shock look that his face had vanished and replaced by a look that I can't explain he's like happy. 'What in the potatoes is he happy about? oh I know, watching us suffer' I thought bitterly. 
"I see. The two of you are the twins that I've been hearing about. Don't cut their tongues and put them in their cell. I'll talk to them later after this" he said and order Philip "Yes your highness" Philip bows then walk towards us. 
He is about to reach a hand on Ymir but I slapped his hand "don't touch" I firmly said as I glare at him. He slightly shivers and said "w-well follow me then". We slowly follow him and I didn't see that the king who have an amusement look when I did that.

When we got to the cell he first removed the ropes on our hands and ankles and let us inside  then he closed the door and locked it. "Stay here" Philip said, I scoffs "Oh yeah sure we can really get out of here" I sarcastically said while gesturing my hand around.
"You little shit, shut your mouth before I cut your tongue off" "Oh my gosh I'm so scared" I mocked him. "And what do you mean 'stay here'? Isn't it obvious that we can't get out of here? Are you dumb or what?" I added.
His face becomes red because of anger while I just let out an small smirk "listen here kid you and your sister are lucky that the king needed to talk to both of you 'cause if don't, I'll kill both of you" he threatened us.
I just hummed and Ymir just boredly nodded. He gave us a glare and left "bye bye Philip!! See ya!!" I shouted and boredly waving at him. I hear a small laugh coming from Ymir "you haven't really changed" she said with a small smile and I smile back at her. 
But our smile didn't last long when it vanished and our faces become sad when we remember what happened to our village and to our parents. Ymir open her arms and I didn't hesitate to run to her and hug her.
Ymir sit us on the ground and hugged me back. We just sat there in silence and comforting each other while silently mourning. "I'm going to miss them" I whispers "me too but we have to be strong for them" Ymir said while I nodded.
