CH.10 Why him? Why not you?

                                    

                                          
   Magcon was about to start in an hour and we were all still at the hotel and it at least took 15 minutes to gather everyone. Everybody after 10 minutes got into the limo. I sat next to Cameron and Bella, and on the whole way to Magcon I was talking to Isabella about how it must feel to be on stage in front of millions of people. 
When we got to Magcon there were alot of fans. We ran inside because we had 10 minutes to get ready, "So first we are going to be doing the V.I.P meet&greet and after we go on stage we are going to do the rest of meet & greet. 
Meet&greet is going to take at least two hours each and we are going to be on stage for at least an hour and a half." Aaron was telling us all.
   We all went into a huge room there were different stations. "I have the list of all the people pairing up for the meet&greet." A girl said waving a paper around that was in her hand. I then noticed that the girl was Aaliyah, Shawn's sister. Suddenly Nash grabbed the paper from her hand"Here is the order" Nash said:

2- Aaron, Mahogany
                          
3- Carter, Maggie
                          
4- Shawn, Aaliyah
                          
5- Madison, Taylor
                          
6- Matthew, Izzy
                          
7- Jack and Jack
                          
8- Rose, Bella, Hayes"
                          
I was happy it was all about to begin. "It's starting!" Screamed Taylor as everybody got to there station. As soon as the door opened millions of fans would probably come in rushing through those doors. I was nervous what if people didn't come to our station because me and Bella are new? I mean I have been on Vine and YouTube for a while and also Bella. The last time I checked how many followers I had was probably the day before I went to the Magcon meet and greet in LA. I then realized that the meet and greet had started and there were alot of fans. I was suprised by the amount of people that wanted to meet us. Did I miss something? We then went on stage answered questions, danced and fooled around. After that we had to do the other meet and greet. By the end of the day I was tired. This went on for three more days, and we then had the Friday off. 
After today I would be heading back home. Everybody was so exhausted that nobody went out. I stayed in the hotel room with Bella, Mahogany, and invited Izzy. Madison went out I really didn't care were she was going so I didn't ask. "You should come to the next Magcon with us." Mahogany said out of nowhere, I looked at Bella and she nodded in approval. "We would love to go." I replied
"Were is it at?" Bella asked, "New York." Izzy said. 
"I've always wanted to go to New York." Bella said with a big smile wide on her face. 
It got quite for a minute and everybody was looking at each other. "So...How was your guy's day?" Izzy said braking the silence, "Good" we all replied together. There was a knock on the door,"I'll get it." Mahogany said heading toward the door.
  "Hi, can I hang with you in I'm really bored?" I heard someone say,"sure" I heard Mahogany say to the other person. I then saw Mahogany walking back in the room with Aaliyah following her. "Hi" Aaliyah said.
We all greated her and started talking about what we should. "How about we go eat it's getting late, and I'm hungry." Bella said we all agreed and walked out of the hotel. "Wait were are we going?" I asked. "How about Waba Grill?" Mahogany asked. We all agreed and went to go eat. After we ate we decided to go to take a walk at the mall. 
                          
After we got out of the mall with a bunch of shopping bags, even though we weren't expecting to go shopping. We headed towards Starbucks to go get some drinks. We were walking and it was really cold, the walk was about 15 minutes. "Why did we have to go walking? It's to cold" Bella said stuttering.
"Because I didn't think we would take all day." Mahogany replied. We all got to Starbucks and got some warm drinks. "Hey" I heard someone say, we all turned around and saw Matthew, Shawn, and Taylor. We started talking about the tour and how tomorrow was the last day here in Canada. "Oh, hey guys can I tell you something?" I asked everybody, they all went silent looking at me. 
"Okay I don't know if Cameron has told you but we are officially together." I heard some of them say stuff like,"Really?!?!"or"What?" And I heard Izzy say congratulations. "Hey, can we leave." I heard Shawn say to Taylor. "Hey I'm leaving with Matthew, see you guys later." Izzy said as she followed the guys. "So do you guys want to go back to the hotel?" Bella asked. "Nah, it's 7:00 pm it's to early still." Mahogany replied. "How about we go to a ice skating rink? There is one two blocks away from here." Aaliyah said. We all agreed and started walking. We were at the rink for at least an hour but we left early because Bella insisted we go to the movie theater to see, Hunger Games. 
"The movie was actually pretty good." I said as we sat down on a table to finish eating our nachos. "Hey isn't that Cameron?" Bella said pointing behind me. I turned around and saw Cameron with Madison. "I'm sure it's nothing." I said half scared knowing it might not be true. "Well if it were nothing I don't think they would be sucking each other's faces off." Mahogany said. I turned around and saw him kissing her, i was mad and sad at the same time I didn't know what to do, I was panicking. "How could he do this." I said in the verge of tears. "Lets just get out of here." Aaliyah said. We all left to the hotel. When we got to the room I plopped down on my bed and said in between tears, "How...can...he..do this."
 "First he tells me he wants to see me again, then he tells me he loves me, and we get together, and he shatters my heart. Why?" "He is so dumb why would he prefer Madison over you?" Bella questioned, 
"probably because she is such a attention getter for guys" Mahogany said.  "Hey don't feel bad you'll find somebody that will care for you as much as you care for them." Aaliyah said. "You know what your right I need to forget about Cameron he just another stupid guy that likes messing with girls feelings." I said as I sat up. "Hey guys I need to go home but I'll see you tomorrow before you leave to New York." Aaliyah said. "Hey I'll be back." Bella said as she left the room.
"I'm going to go to sleep, I'm tired." Mahogany said to me.
"Okay" I said as I was getting comfortable clothes to get into. I got an undershirt, some grey slacks, a black pullover then I put on my Converse and left the room quietly since Mahogany was already sleeping. I walked to the counter and asked the lady were Shawn Mendes room was since I needed to talk to him.
"And who are you?" She asked me, "I'm his friend" i replied she looked at me suspiciously, "how do I know you are not juzt a crazed fan stalking him?" I smiled and took out a picture of Shawn and me one that my sister had taken and sent to me. "Alright he's in room #237" the women said, "Thank you" I smiled and left. The room was only eight rooms away from mine so it wasn't to far away. I got to his room and knocked on the door. Shawn opened the door almost immediately. He looked at me with a straight face, "What do you want?" He said to me,"Can I come in I need to talk to you about something." He looked down and opened the door all the way so I could enter. I realized that neither Taylor, Aaron, or Hayes were in the room.
"Were are the guys?" I asked Shawn trying to start a conversation. "They all went out to eat" he replied. "Shawn why are you acting like this? I'm trying to be nice and start a conversation, but you are just acting like I killed someone." 
"I'm acting like this because you did kill someone. You killed me when you told me you were with Cameron, you killed me because I told you I loved you and you knew it but you didn't listen." I had started crying, feeling bad, "I'm sorry Shawn I never ment to hurt you, and I love you too, I was just blind not to see that you were the one. I don't even know why I picked him and not you?"
                          
     I was crying so hard I can feel my face turn warm, I felt like I didn't deserve anything right now. "Hey don't worry just know that I'll always be there for you." Shawn said as he brought me into a hug. "Shawn I just came to tell you that Cameron is no longer with me."
"Did he break up with you?" "No worse, I saw him with Madison, but I didn't say anything I just left and I'm going to tell him tomorrow that I don't want to be with him." I said the last part in between tears again, because I thought Cameron liked me. "Hey don't cry just know thing will get better I promise." Shawn said, just hearing his voice calmed me down. He hugged me tighter and I didn't want to let go. "Hey, would you like to stay? He asked me, I nodded. We layed down on his bed and under his covers with his arms around my waist. I felt so protected by Shawn, he definitely always made me feel better. I laid me head against his chest smelling the cologne on his sweater, I closed my eyes, "Good Night Shawn." "Good night beutifull, I love you." He said "I love you to." I said smiling knowing that I truly ment it. I opened my eyes even tough the lights were off I knew he was looking at me. 
                          
"Shawn go to sleep." 
"I can't. I just can't believe he would do that to you."
"Shawn just forget it."
"I just need to say that he is missing out on something big, by leaving you." I smiled at what he said, Shawn is so sweet I was so blind when I picked Cameron. I was starting to fall asleep when I felt Shawn kiss me and I kissed back. "I love you so much I'm never letting you go." Shawn wispered. I smiled because I never wanted to let go of him. And with that I fell asleep in Shawn's arms knowing I had someone that cared for me.
