During WWI, the US and Russia had both created a super soldier program which resulted in genetically enhanced super humans such as Steve Roger's a.k.a Captain America and Alexei Alanovich Shostakov a.k.a Red Guardian. However what they didn't know was that Japan had also created their own super soldier program. However, only one subject was successful, this was as none other than Izuku Midoriya a.k.a The Winter Soldier.
