"There's something that I forgot to tell you, when we were in Florida."

He pulled back to stare into your eyes. "What is it?"

"I'm absolutely, 100%, completely, in love with you."

Clay being in Brighton...was weird.

Not that it wasn't absolutely fantastic... because it was...but it was definitely strange for you. It was like your worlds were crashing together. Home, and...away. Florida had seemed like a home for those short few weeks, though.

It was even stranger to be cuddling with him on your own bed, atop your thick blankets of course—your parents would not be happy with Clay being under your blankets with you, no matter how long he'd known your brother for, or how many subscribers he had. You laughed about it, but it was honestly really weird for you.

He was only in town for a couple more days, you had to tell yourself. You had to make the time he had there worth it.

You'd spent all day when he got there viewing the sights around Brighton, though there wasn't really much to see. The next day, yesterday, you, him, and George all went up to London, though it was quite a long train ride. He spent a portion of that ride explaining how he and George had kept his visit from you. You kind of wanted to be mad about it, but you were just so happy that he was there.

Clay wanted to see all of the sights, so you and your brother took him to see just about all of the basic attractions, putting on your best British charm to tour him through the big city. Truth be told, you rarely saw the big sights. Some you had never actually been to, but you faked it for him. It all had to be believable, and you wanted to make it fun for him.

He wrapped an arm around you as you walked side by side. George, clearly getting jealous, put his arm around Clay's other side. You walked along the busy London road, laughing about the two boys at your sides.

George pulled his phone out from his pocket and snapped a selfie of the three of you smiling.

You all looked at it, and you smiled.

"Post it." Clay said.

George's face twisted in surprise. "Post...the picture that I just took?"

"Post it!" Your boyfriend repeated.

"How about, when we get back on the train?" George suggested. "I don't want anyone seeing something in the background and deciding to come looking for us. London is a big city, but it's not that big."

Clay agreed. "Alright. When we get on the train."

You were surprised. A tweet? His face reveal?

"Are you sure?" You asked.

"It's about damn time, don't you think?"

You shrugged.

You spent another hour or so in London, getting lunch, seeing the last few tourist attractions that Clay had on his list. A busy, but fun day for all of you. Once on the bus, George drafted out the post.

And then he set it free, onto the internet forever.

Clay, from next to you, breathed a deep sigh. You guessed that that wasn't exactly how he'd imagined doing a face reveal, but you also realized that it was a lot easier. It was done. And that was it. He didn't have to think about it anymore.

Absolutely, 100%, completely, not allowed. (Dream x Reader)Where stories live. Discover now
