I really messed up this time.
                          
Why is Tommy so protective over the bandanna Tubbo gave him?
                          
No he said Dream gave him it?
                          
Is it a new one?
                          
The point is, Tommy is scared and he needs to calm him down.
                          
"Hey Tommy, I promise I won't take it! What I really meant was.. it was as good as gon-gold. It looks like something fancy like gold, not gone silly!" Ghostbur said.
                          
He felt bad lying through his teeth to his brother but he needed to cheer him up. He was really scared. I haven't seen him this scared since Po-.
                          
What was I thinking again.
                          
Oh right!
                          
Tommy was scared and he needed comforting from his big brother.
                          
His REAL big brother.
                          
Not some hobo Teletubby as Techno used to say.
                          
It disdained Ghostbur's to even compare himself as a brother to Dream. He was supportive and kind, maybe not in his life but in the afterlife, he is going to make sure he feels loved and supported.
                          
But Dream... he was mean. And nasty. He hurt Tommy apparently and that wasn't ok. He took Tommy and made him unable to hear anyone but Ghostbur. That isn't what a brother should do.
                          
Nobody should do something like that.
                          
Especially someone who loves you.
                          
That's.. more than mean.
                          
Tommy lifts his head from his bundle in the corner. He has tears streaming down his face yet he looks, hopeful?
                          
"You-you mean it Wilby?" Tommy sniffles.
                          
"Of course, why would I take something so cherished by you? That's just mean."
                          
Tommy subtly shuffles over to Ghostbur, leaning into his shoulder.
                          
Everyone hears a chime.
                          
Well except Tommy, he can't really hear much of anything. He just continues to snuggle against Ghostbur.
                          
Ghostbur could hear jealous Techno noises from the corner.
                          
He chuckled gently and shushed him with a finger raised to his paled lips.
                          
"I should probably see who it is. It shouldn't be Dream, he wouldn't be able to make it here this fast right?" Phil says with a concerned look.
                          
"I'll stay here,"  Techno says. Ghostbur could practically hear the voices in Techno's head yelling to stay with Tommy, "just in case it is, I can keep Tommy safe, shout if you need me. In that case, Ghostbur keep Tommy safe."
                          
Ghostbur nods as Phil quietly leave the room.
                          
Ghostbur shifts his head towards the blonde, he's so peaceful. He moves his wispy hands nimbly through the others hair. Tommy leans into the touch.
                          
Gosh he was cute.
