Good Soldiers Follow Orders

Midoriya walked over to the tablet and looked at it. He knew the rule. Everyone slowly noticed that he was looking at it.
                          
"Midoriya," Iida said, "you know the rules. We are not allowed to read anything on the tablet."
                          
The stabbing pain in his head wasn't going away. He looked on the tablet and saw it was in the language that the Empire read in. He still couldn't read it, in spite of trying to learn. He picked it up and the tablet immediately translated what orders had just come through.
                          
He was horrified. Disgusted. He dropped the tablet back on the chair that he had picked it up from and backed away quickly. He turned around and everyone saw just how disturbed he was. He told them that they needed to have an emergency get together. Everyone gathered into the soundproofed room and Midoriya finally told them what it was he had read.
                          
"What's wrong?" Kaminari asked, "What did the tablet say?"
                          
"Why did you break the rule?" Iida asked, "I know we are already distrusting of the Empire, but we still have rules we need to follow to keep their suspicions of us low."
                          
"To Hell with the Empire!" Midoriya said, "If they give orders like that... then let them be damned!"
                          
"Deku?" Uraraka was concerned, "What did the tablet tell the guy to do?"
                          
"They... they want to know what happens when genes from the Empire mix with genes from here."
                          
Only a few of the higher ranked students deciphered the meaning of the words and were equally disgusted, disturbed, and horrified. Everyone else was just lost on the meaning.
                          
"That... that's just wrong!" Iida said, "Why would they give that order here of all places?!"
                          
"How could anyone willingly follow these order?!" Yaoyorozu asked.
                          
"He will not touch you," Todoroki said in a controlled rage, wrapping an arm around her, "I'll make certain of it."
                          
"So," Jiro said, "they want to mix two samples of blood or something? One from here one from the wider galaxy?"
                          
"YOU DAMN IDIOTS!!!" Bakugo screamed, "THEY WEREN'T ORDERED TO COLLECT ORGANIC SAMPLES!!! THEY WERE ORDERED TO IMPREGNATE ONE OF THE FEMALE CLASSMATES!!!"
                          
Everyone was completely horrified and broke into a discord of shock. Some talking about how this was a terrible show of the Empire's true nature, some about how they were too young to handle such a responsibility, and others about how they could protect their female classmates. Kirishima was frantically searching for one of the classmate. He finally went up to Kaminari, who was struggling to keep himself from discharging electricity from pure rage.
                          
"Where's Ashido?!" He asked Kaminari.
                          
"She went back to her room," he replied, "about... fifteen... minutes..."
                          
Kirishima ran out of the room barreling through everyone in the way.
                          
Don't be too late, he begged himself, don't be too late, PLEASE DON'T BE TOO LATE! IF THAT BASTARD TRIES ANYTHING WITH HER, HE WILL NOT LIVE TO SEE ANOTHER DAY!!!
                          
A couple minutes earlier, Ashido was sitting on her bed and writing in her notebook that had her three pairings in it. She had written that Todomomo was successful, but needed more time to see how long it would take for the first kiss. Her door opened and she saw the officer, his face, sort of pale, was fixed on his tablet. The officer closed and locked the door behind him.
