another day, and another day of work.
the female has a shorter shift than she had yesterday– something to do with filling in for someone.
even though y/n is just here for a week, she already knows what to do. that's because she worked at the same place in england. she was experienced, so when she came back to tokyo and got a job here, she already knew how everything worked.
and it also helps when your boss is old friends with your dad.
y/n yawns as she leaves the café, running a hand through her hair. she then puts her grey beanie on top of her head and takes a deep breath.
time to go home again.
a small smile forms around her lips when she puts her hands in her pockets. she doesn't have any work for a couple of days which is nice. she can just have some time for herself, maybe do some more shopping and just explore tokyo. she hasn't seen much yet as she's been working for a couple of days already.
the female decides that she just wants to walk home. it's sunny outside, people look happy and it's just nice to walk around now that she's got the time.
after a couple of minutes, y/n feels her phone vibrate in her pocket. she takes her phone and hand out and looks at her screen. a smile forms around her lips when she sees who's calling her.
"hi mum," y/n says when she picks up.
her mum's face shows up on her screen. next to y/n her mum, you see a h/c haired male. an even bigger smile creeps upon her lips when she sees it's both her parents that's on her screen now.
"hi love!" her mum says excitedly, "how are you doing? we miss you!"
y/n chuckles at her mother, holding her phone up so that they can see her face a bit better.
"i'm doing alright! i miss you guys as well, but tokyo is amazing! i can't wait to start university in a few months, but work is just fine for now."
