"O-oh, sorry. What?"

"Who are you taking to prom?"

His face grew a bit pale, and his eyes wandered around the room as if he had just woken up.

"I-I'm not sure yet. It's...", he cleared his throat. "It's still far away."

"Dude November started, you need to chose someone.", Felix's eyes were a bit widened. "Isn't there any girl that makes your heart flutter?"

"Oh that's so cliché", Chan rolled his eyes. "Which one has the biggest-"

"God is listening, oh my-.", Chan sighed at Hyunjin's interruption and tried to keep going but Jisung got into the conversation as well.

"And that's not even the problem the comment was disrespectful and-"

"Guys, no. I have no one okay? I'll think about it later. Look, the teacher is coming.", Changbin cleared his throat as they all rushed to start the class, sighing and trying his best to calm his fluttering heart.

Yes Felix, someone did make his heart flutter.

Not a girl, though.

"And you?"

Seungmin lifted his eyes from the book he was reading, Felix finally leaving his basketball practice and appearing next to him at the benches, sweating still and already looking like a human blanket.

"Me what?"

"The prom."

Felix urged him to get out of the gym, making the taller peak one more time at the court. He went to support Felix, and so that he would not have to go home alone after the sun set, but he had to admit he spent most of his time looking at Hyunjin.

He didn't understand a single thing of basketball but he knew the guy was great at it, and looked great while he played.

"What?"

Felix let his shoulders fall as the door opened.

"Who are you taking?"

"Oh, I'm not going."

He walked a few steps and closed his eyes, waiting for the burst.

"You're what? No.", Felix clicked his tongue. "Why?"

Seungmin turned to him, shrugging.

"I don't want to, you know I don't like Christmas."

Felix sighed and followed him to the hall, letting the guy put his stuff back in the locker without questioning for a while.

"Look, I know it's not your favorite part of the year but it's the best party, we'll all be there and you get to be with the girls."

Seungmin rolled his eyes closing the locker a bit too harshly.

"Like you care. Tell me, what do you even see in her? Besides her ass and boobs? Do you even like her personality?"

"I-I, yes, we talk and-"

"Don't come at me with that bullshit.", Felix gulped, eyes widened at the outburst, not used to that Seungmin. "You only care about her when you have to say you have someone to ask, besides that she's just a body to you."

"Are you saying I'm a sinn-"

"Cut that too, you don't even believe in god."

The taller almost whined, looking around.

"Seungmin! Watch it, there's still people in school. Of course I believe in god."

Seungmin snorted, patting his friend's arm.

"Keep telling yourself that and he might believe it. Or even better, you might believe it."

He left the boy in the hall, not caring if he had to walk home alone anymore, his head racing after that conversation.

They always avoided the serious god talk, wether about beliefs or anything else.

He ran a bit, overwhelmed, and ended up in the art's block, where the back door was. He felt like screaming, maybe loud enough so up there He could hear him and give him answers.

Why?

Why couldn't he be normal?

If God created him to his image, did he also like staring at man's butts?

He sighed and hit the wall slightly, simply to let go of some tension, and almost ripped a paper that was on the wall.

His eyes widened at the Dance Classes announcement, he knew Hyunjin always gave them before the Prom, but he never even thought about it.

That was a bad idea.

Seungmin took the paper in his hand and, swearing that he would just think about it, he kept it in his pocket.

A very bad idea.
