Giresh did as was told and went to bring the Aarti and they performed the ritual and Preeya felt like she was welcomed back to her house and that was the all she needed because she never thought that Karan would change and actually accept her as his wife. 
After the rituals they all settled on the sofa and Karan asked giresh to prepare all of preetas favourites for dinner because he wanted to make her feel loved and welcomed.
On the other hand sherlin tried to call her punny baby but he was unavailable so she thought of making an excuse that her mother called her and she could go to meet her punny baby.
Sherlin : Mummy ji, I have to go to my mother's house because she called me there I don't think I will be home in time for dinner.
Rakhi : Okay beta send my king regards to your mother for me and tell her that I hope to see her soon .
Sherlin : Okay my ji I will gladly inform her.
Preeta saw all this suspiciously but thought to not do anything as she knows that if she is going to prithvi she will get to know his actual truth.
Karan( seeing preeta thinking ):  Babydoll Kya Hua ,  what are you thinking about hmmmm
Preeta ( coming back to sense ) : No..nothing why is something wrong ? Do you need anything? 
Karan : Nahi I don't need anything baby doll I just saw you thinking about something so I thought something was wrong.
Rakhi ( interrupting ) : Karan , why don't you take preeta upstairs to your room so that she can rest I will ask someone to come and call you.
Karan : Okay mom ( turning to preeta) come babydoll let's go.
Preeta tried to stand up but she fell back on the couch. Karan immediately went and picked her up in his arms and preeta was shocked before she could say anything he shot a glare at her and she kept quiet.
On the other hand sherlin arrived at her punnu baby's house and when she entered she saw the most shocking and heartbreaking view in her entire life. Prithvi was busy kissing another woman. She immediately went to them to seperate them when the woman looked at her with bloodshot eyes.
Woman : How dare you come and seperate me from my husband and who are you , how did you get my house keys and WHO THE HELL ARE YOU ?
Sherlin : I am Sherlin Prithvi Malhothra and who are you?
The woman started laughing
Sherlin : Why the hell are you laughing😡?
Woman : Honey is she the fool that you successfully manipulated and got her to do all the work for you. I must say that she is really stupid but anyways what can we do now she found out our truth so I guess we will have to do all the work on our own from  today anyways let me introduce myself. I am MAHIRA PRITHVI MALHOTHRA  our husbands first wife. I mean prithvis legal wife.
Sherlin was heartbroken and the next moment she ran out of the house. She was devastated and she was regretting everything that she did to both Karan and preeta and she thought of making peace with them and might possibly join hands with them .
When she reached luthra mansion she was surprised to see both Karan and preeta waiting for her outside.
Sherlin : Karan and Preeta can I please speak to both of you about something ( she said teary eyed).
Karan : We already know what you have to say and the only thing we have to talk about us whether you are willing to join hands with us against your punnu baby.
Preeta : and if you are  not willing to we will let you be but just for your sake you must change your behaviour and intentions because this time around we won't be so kind at all trust me you will regret it because now I can use all my connections with my husband's approval
Sherlin was already scared even though preeta was speaking normally her voice had a different meaning and she could clearly see that even Karan was okay and was not surprised by her firm voice. Sherlin although knew that she deserved the way she was being treated so in order to prove herself she had to give them the proofs that proved that Prithvi was responsible for Karan's kidnapping.
Sherlin : Here, please look at this video.
Karan looked at the video and he was left numb while preeta was getting blurry flashbacks and her head started paining her Karan saw this and held her through her shoulders.
Karan : Babydoll are you alright😿😿
Preeta : Why didn't my you tell me that I lost my memory and most of all you were kidnapped and I lived with someone else. Why didn't you tell me that I am not living with my current memories but I am living past behind time. This explains why Mahesh papa is awake and most of all why everything is changed .
Karan : I didn't want to bother you or worsen your condition by telling you all those horrible times and telling you about all that had happened maybe you wouldn't have forgiven me and I am sure that you also wouldn't have allowed me to take you back to luthra house.
Preeta : I t still wouldn't have changed anything because I am sure my parents didn't forgive you just like that and the fact that you even know my actual identity you will have to tell me everything that happened.
Karan knew that he had to tell her even though her condition could worsen he had no choice because there is a possibility that she might leave him and this time forever.He narrated everything that had happened and preetas head started paining her even more so he went and brought the medicine that the doctor had given to him in case anything happens.
Karan : Here babydoll have this maybe you will feel better.
Preeta took the medicine and Karan picked her in his arms and made her sleep on the bed. He went out of the room and saw sherlin still outside.
Karan : So tell me what is your decision.
Sherlin : I am not on the same team as Prithvi Malhothra because he already has a wife.
Karan / Preeta : WHAT!!!
Karan looked back after hearing preetas voice only to see her standing there holding her head with a shocked face.
