The silence that surrounded Jack when he arose from his bed was deafening. When he looked around the room, he saw his photographs. He noticed some machines that made some noise. For a moment, he was so dull from the anesthesia that he couldn't walk. When he found someone, he began to walk. After looking at a woman's photos, he began to walk. And she was married to him. It was shocking to him.
                          
"How could I marry Mack?" he asked.
                          
Jack, I'm very sorry for what's happened, said a voice at the door. When he turned around he saw a woman wearing a coat. That's Mackenzie. He became angry at her.
                          
"How do we get married?" he yelled in anger.
                          
"That doesn't matter now. You'll see what I mean soon. I'll bring you something to drink," she said, turning back and walking away.
                          
"Stop! I don't need. I want to know about this stuff," he said.

                          
"This is the third twist," she said before leaving.
                          
"She's a jerk," he replied.
                          
As the evening wore on, Jack and Mack went to their usual park. Jack was completely baffled. He began to bite his nails. Mack made concerned about him.
                          
The truth behind your treatment and past was not revealed to me, but I have begun to like you. Why shouldn't you know about your past and how long you were under this treatment? ", she asked.
                          
"Yes! Goddamn yes!" he screamed.
                          
"Initially, my father Steven began treating you at the age of six. He stopped because you were losing your past, but your parents insisted on it anyway. They only want their son to be a son, not both daughter and son. It was a typical concern among parents. He continued his research and created a new world for your imagination in order not to forget your memories. Eventually, it was me which continued. Over time, I started to like you, so I made some references to me in your imagination. "A lot of them were all imagination, but Emily and I were the only real people in your world of imagination," she explained.
                          
"How about Emily?" he asked.
                          
"She was married to a man and had two children," she said.
                          
He interrupted, "What about Jessy and Edward?" he asked.
                          
"They weren't real," she remarked. Jack immediately checked his phone and saw it was the next day of the new moon. He was shocked to see that he hadn't been changed into Jac.
                          
"How about Jac?" he inquired.
                          
"She had gone from you," she replied.
                          
"What are you saying?" he asked in shock.
                          
"Yes! This was the mission of me to took the Jac from you," she said. Jack remained silent for a moment.


                          
On the following day, Mack took Jack to see his grandmother. While on the way, he spotted Emily and ordered Mack to stop the car. He went to see her.
                          
"Hello, Emile," he said.
                          
"Hello, have we met before?" she asked.
                          
My name is Jackson Alex. I'm your elementary school friend.
                          
"Jackson Alex... Yes, it's you. How are you doing now, Jack?" she asked.
                          
"I'm fine, Emile," he replied. Suddenly, a small boy ran to her and hugged her, saying, "Mama, I want to draw the elephant".
                          
"Hold on a moment, dear" she replied.
                          
It's your kid. He's so cute," he said.
                          
"I'm Ron. And I'm Jack," she said as she introduced her son to him.
                          
"Hello, Ron," he said.
                          
"Hi," the kid said with a smile.
                          
"Okay, Emile. See you later." he replied.
                          
"See you, Jack," she replied.
                          
"Goodbye, Ron," he said. Instructing her son to shake hands and say goodbye, Emilie made him shake hands with him. Jack gets into his car and heads to his grandmother's house.
