he spoke through a smile as 
his forehead rested on y/n's. 
                          
his left hand stayed in her 
right one while he brought up 
his own right hand, placing it 
in the crook between her neck 
and her jawline. his thumb 
grazed over her cheek, and
she couldn't keep from smiling. 

                          
"keiji..."

                          
she breathed.

                          
"do that again."

                          
he chuckled lightly before
pressing his lips back on hers,
this time more soft and gentle
as if he thought he would break 
her. when he pulled away, her
lips tingled and her cheeks were
dusted a light pink and his heart
swelled at the sight of her.

"you're so pretty."

                          
his thumb moved to trace
her lips before he dropped
his hand back down to his 
side. her blush grew even
redder at that and she 
groaned. 

                          
"stop it."
                          
"you don't know what that
does to me."

                          
she faintly laughed and 
buried her head in his
shoulder. akaashi smiled
and pulled her closer,
wrapping his arms around
her.

"our food is getting cold."

                          
he mumbled into her hair. 

                          
"oh shit."

                          
she laughed, separating
herself from him and 
quickly grabbing a plate
and her food. 

                          
"don't judge me when i
wolf this down."

                          
akaashi laughed.

"only if you don't judge
me when i wolf mine down."

                          
"of course not."

                          
she shoveled a handful
of fries into her mouth,
trying not to laugh. 



                          
after finishing their food,
y/n and akaashi found
themselves back on the
couch, pressing play on
the episode they had yet
to finish. 

                          
"okay, i'll try not to talk
so much this time."

                          
akaashi frowned.

"but that's what makes it
so entertaining." 

                          
y/n rolled her eyes.

                          
"keiji, even i annoyed myself."

                          
akaashi shook his head 
before leaning in to
kiss y/n, who pushed
him away. 

                          
"ew, keiji, i have mcdonald's
breath!"
