Hey everyone!! Sorry it's been so long since I've updated, I haven't had many oneshots ideas recently so I haven't had much motivation to write oneshots...
I have at least two ideas right now, this one obviously, and I have another which will be a little bit more based in last life! Still Grumbo though, I mean what else would it be. 
(Short intro!) - High school AU:
After a crazy night with Mumbo and his friends, he's dared to make Grian, the most popular boy in school, fall in love with in just one week. 
Will he be able to make the blonde boy fall for him? Or will the idea of being popular with his friends get in the way of his true feelings?
Day 1
"Dude, last night was insane." 
"I know! I still can't believe it even happened!" 
"Oh, and Mumbo, don't forget you'll be down to six days after today!" 
Impulse, Mumbo, Iskall, Keralis, and Tango were all talking. The previous night, they had stayed up playing truth or dare. Some crazy things happened, and Mumbo ended up getting dared to make one of the hottest, most popular guys fall in love with him in a week. 
Of course, Mumbo being the daredevil he is, took the challenge with no hesitation. Well, no clear hesitation. 
He did actually like this guy... He though about him a lot, he sorta knew him as a bit of a friend. He wanted all to say no in his head, but didn't show that to his friends thinking they would drop him like a piece of trash so quickly. 
"I know, I know. One week..." 
"Regret saying yes yet?"
"Of course not! I'm just trying to decide a plan..." 
Of course he was regretting it. He was scared that this guy would reject him completely, and feel heartbroken... Or, that trying to seen cool would get in the way of telling the guy how he really felt. 
There was no easy ending! 
As the group split up to head to their classes, Mumbo headed to his locker to put a few things away and grab what he needed for class. 
And as he was putting things away and pulling things out, he walked by. 
Mumbo looked up. 
There he was... 
Grian. 
A short blonde boy. Deep dark eyes, very light freckles, just barely noticeable. The same long red sweater he wore everyday. 
He was smart, funny, hot, popular with everyone...
And Mumbo was obsessed. 
He smiled at Grian and waved as he walked by. 
Grian smiled and waved right back at him. 
"You're Mumbo, right?" 
His smile was so bright, it seemed it could light up the darkest room. 
"Uh, y-yeah! And you're Grian... Everyone knows you." 
"We have the same chemistry class!" 
"Oh, yeah! Right. Um, would you want to be my lab partner this week?" 
"I would love to!" 
He kept smiling that bright, white smile. So perfect. 
Mumbo was ecstatic that Grian had said yes! Now he would have a chance to spend the entire week with him. 
"Great! I-I'll see you in chemistry!" 
Grian waved and walked down the hall, off to math. Mumbo had physics first thing.
