Deena & I were sitting on my bed. My mom was at work and we had skipped school.
                          
Then Deena leaned in and kissed me on my cheek, then my lips.
                          
"SAM!" I heard someone say.
                          
"SAM!!" They continued, I then realized it was my mom.
                          
Oh no. Was she not at work?
                          
"SAMANTHA"
                          
"SAM!! WAKE UP!"
                          
Thank god. I was just dreaming.
                          
My eyes fluttered open, seeing the bright light shining through my windows. 
                          
"What?" I asked, confused.
                          
"Sam, honey, you're going to be late for school."
                          
"Oh.." 
                          
I hopped out of bed, beginning to get ready. Then, I drove to school.
                          
I decided to pass Deena's room, the band room, again. 
                          
I looked in for a brief second, making eye contact with her. Then, I began to walk away, slowly. 
                          
She quickly walked out behind me.
                          
"Hey Sam."
                          
"Hey, Stalker."
                          
"Oh so I'm the stalker? Is that how it works?"
                          
"Yup.. I think so." I smiled.
                          
"Are you working tonight."
                          
"Obviously.. but, when is that gonna stop being your conversation starter. Let's hang out."
                          
"Ok.. when do you not work."
                          
"Saturday."
                          
"Do you want to go to that arcade down the street."
                          
"I would love to."
                          
"Ok.. uh.. 5pm? You can sleepover at my house afterwards."
                          
"It's a date." 
                          
"Okay! See you then." Deena started to walk away.
                          
"Wait Deena!"
                          
"Yeah, Sam?"
                          
"Do you want to come over tonight before our shift."
                          
"What about your mom?"
                          
"She's leaving for an out of town meeting at 2pm."
                          
"Ok! I would love to."
                          
"Alright, meet me by my car after school."
                          
"Okay!" She said, turning to go back into her class.
                          
I started walking to my classroom and a boy cut in front of me. He was hanging something up on the wall.
                          
When I walked into English, everyone was freaking out.
                          
"What's going on?" I asked.
                          
"Admin approved a school wide lock in!"
                          
Ohhhh that's what everyone was freaking out about. 
                          
A lock-in.. with Shadyside. Hmmm.. I wonder how that will go. But, it might be fun being sneaky at a sleepover with Deena. Though, I'd rather just sleepover at her house without being sneaky.
