It started as a warmness, starting at where the needle had pierced her skin. It quickly spread across her skin. She gulped. She felt a moment of burning pain all over body before feeling a numbness. She couldn't feel anything, not the cold air against her skin or the metal of the panelled floor against her knees. She lurched forward, looking down at her hands. They were sweating, or rather, melting. Her skin was dripping off, onto the metal laboratory floor. She screamed in fear as she watched the skin drip from her muscles which dripped off her melting bones. She tried to being her hands to her face but arms had melted too much to move. She collapsed into a pile, watching her limbs falling off, melting into a puddle. And soon, her vision split and went black as he eyes began to melt. The last sensation she felt was her cheek against the floor before everything melted away.
