Calliope can feel the tears slowly fall down her cheeks as Sam looks at Castiel, sadness on his face as he shakes his head. 
"Oh, no, God" Castiel says. "I should have gone after her. I--, what happened?" he asks them. 
"Me" Sam replies, "The Stynes, uh, they caught up with her, and..." he stops talking. 
                          
"I...I tri...I tired to .... I tried to br..bring her back" Calliope says as he sobs, Sam then pulls her close to him, holding her as she cries. 
"Dean's gone after them, he told Calliope not to go with him" Sam tells Castiel.
"So, he knows?" Castiel asks them. 
"Yeah" he tells him. 
                          
"Well, what now?" Castiel then asks.
"I'm shutting this down, I promised Dean- "Sam says, as Calliope pulls out of Sam's arms.
"Eh. Hello? Anyone want to tell me what's going on?" They hear Rowena say.
                          
"No" Sam, Calliope and Castiel all say in unison. 
"What about her?" Castiel asks Sam.
"Guess" Sam says to him. 
"I'd be happy to kill her. She just called me a fish." Castiel says to them, "What about Dean?" he then asks.
"We, uh, we should be able to track him. I LoJacked the Impala a few weeks back, just in case. Here" Sam says, as he brings up the GPS tracking Dean. 
                          
Just then Calliopes cell beeps and she takes it out, "Sam" she says as she then shows him that Charlie had emailed her.  She opens it up, Calliope, can't talk now. DL this file they read off her screen as they see a file attached titled, For Dean. Calliope then hits the download button, and once it downloads, Sam takes her phone. 
                          
He walks over to Rowena, "Is this what I think it is?" he asks showing her the file. 
Rowena takes the phone, "Oh, that little minx. She's cracked the code" Rowena tells him. 
"Can you read the Book of The Damned with this?" Sam asks her.
                          
"Every last word" she tells him. Sam then looks at Calliope and Castiel "We can cure the Mark of Cain" she says, and Sam thinks about this for a moment. 
"Cass, go find Dean. Make sure he doesn't go too far off the reservation, okay?" he then says.
                          
"What are you doing?" Castiel asks him. 
"I'm saving my brother" Sam answers. 
"Sam, you told Dean—" Calliope starts to say. 
"I know what I told Dean" He says to her, "Calliope, look I've been the one out there messed up and sacred and alone. And Dean- "
                          
"Dean would do whatever he could to save you" she says to him. 
"Yes, I mean, it's become his thing. I owe him this. I owe him everything. Look, I know he pretend that he can ride the Mark out, but you two and I know the truth. But we know what happens if we don't cure him. We all know where that road ends" Sam says to them. 
                          
"Black eyes and blood" Castiel remarks. 
"Yes, go, find him, Cass. Keep him safe" Sam says.
"Okay" Castiel says as he then walks away. 
"Oh, I do love a bit of intrigue" Rowena then comments. 
                          
"Right, less talk, more translating. Go." He says passing the phone over to Rowena. 
"About that, I said I can read the book, never said I would" she says to Sam. 
Sam looks at her and sighs, "We had a deal" he says to her. 
                          
"Oh, we did, we do. And it's time you held up your end.  I want my son dead." Rowena says to Sam.
"After- ""Now" they say to one another. 
"Once I cast the spell, and you need me to cast that spell.... Who knows what'll happen?" she says to him. 
                          
Sam gets angry," I don't have time for this!" he says slamming his hand on the table. 
"You're right, you don't. Your brother's a waking freaking time bomb, and the clock, she's a-ticking. So, you will kill my son, and you will do it my way now!" Rowena demands from Sam.
                          
Calliope takes Sam's arm and leads him away from Rowena, "Sam, you honestly think we should kill Crowley" she asks him.
"Calliope, this may be our only chance to save Dean, I figured you would understand" he says to her.
