"I told you and I told Sam; I didn't want either one of you risking everything to save me. I already lost you once Calliope, I don't want to ever lose you again" he says to her. "I don't want to lose you again either, Dean this Mark...it already changed you once, we don't know if that is going to happen again" she says to him.
"I know Callie, but this is the price I am willing to pay for taking this Mark on. You promised that we would go through this together" he says to her.
"I love you Dean, just try...try to understand that Sam loves you too, he's only doing this out of love" she says to him. "He got Charlie killed Calliope! He could have gotten you killed for this!" he then shouts at her.
"Charlie died because she loved you too, she was trying to protect the information she discovered. Charlie knew the risk. Just like Sam, Cass, and I know the risks, why can't you see that we are all just trying to save you" she shouts back at him. "Maybe I don't want to be saved!" he shouts back at her, "Now I am going to go find who did this to Charlie are you in or are you out?" he asks her.

Calliope looks at him, unsure what to do, "Dean, I get that your mad, but going after who did this isn't the right answer" she says to him. "I owe it to Charlie! Please do not come with me" he says to her, and she could see the anger in his eyes. "I will give you, your space, if you get in any danger, just call out okay" she says to him, "I love you Dean, just be safe" she adds as she then walks away from him.
Calliope headed back to the bunker and finds Sam, "He's gone Sam" she tells him. "You didn't go with him?" he asks her. "No, he needs to do his own thing, and I am not getting in the way of that" she tells him, "And now what are you about to go do?" she asks crossing her arms and looking at him.
"I am going to talk to Rowena and Cass, there is still a chance we can save Dean" he says to her. "Sam...we lost Charlie, is it worth the risk to lose someone else" she says to him. "Calliope, this is our only chance to save Dean from the Mark, don't you want to save him" Sam says to her.
"Fine...fine, but if the witch steps out of line once, I will hurt her" Calliope says to him. "I can agree to that" Sam says as the two of them then leave the bunker.
Dean left the motel, and got on the phone with Rudy another hunter, "Rudy, Hey I just sent you some security-cam footage of a black sedan. I need you to run the plates" Dean tells him. "Can do, just give me a sec here" Rudy responds and Dean waits a moment, "Weird, uh... the vehicle's registered to Eldon Styne out of Shreveport, Louisiana. But there's no street address. This guy got something to hide?" Rudy asks him.
"Yeah, bigtime. I'll fill you in later. Thanks" Dean says to him as he heads to the Impala. "Yeah, sure, but, uh, isn't that what Sam's for?" Rudy asks. "He's busy" Dean tells Rudy as he gets in the car.
Sam and Calliope enter the building that Sam had been keeping Rowena in, and had been trying to fix Dean. "About bloody time" they hear Rowena saying, "Oi, you brought the cute angel lassie" she comments seeing Calliope. Castiel gets up from the chair he had been sitting in, and walks toward them, "Where's Charlie?" he asks them.
