Well don't I just feel absolutely stupid #gonnadieofembarrassmentnow....
                          
Any who! @hxtersgonnahate here is your imagine that you had requested! Again I am very sorry it took this long. But here it is smd I hope you like it. 

                          
Years ago you couldn't believe you two were friends. Little elves running around playing a game of chase, it seemed like yesterday you two were doing that. Now, you and Haldir are within like of each other. 
                          
After the fall of Sauron, Haldir returned with who was left of the army he had fight beside him. That day, you couldn't think of anything better than your best friend returning home. Haldir confessed his love for you, the day he returned. As you did as well.

Swinging your double bladed sword around, showing off in front of your opponent, as you two wait until the signal to spar. 
                          
An elf holds his arm in the air and let's it fall signaling the sparring to begin. You stand in your place as your opponent attacks first. 
                          
Ducking underneath his sword you take the chance to knock him off his feet. 
                          
When one opponent is down another attacks. No one thought it was a good idea, though they would try to get the chance to finally beat Zara, lover to Haldir. One of the greatest warriors and the only female warrior. 
                          
So far, five elves are out as you are left standing...make that six. 
                          
You turn around to fight with the next elf. A sword comes down at you and you block the sword with yours. You notice that Haldir is your opponent but that doesn't mean you won't try to beat him. 
                          
"You know you were supposed to be at a meeting with me" He steps away "I came to find you and here you are" 
                          
"Well..." Your swing your sword around your hand to show off "In my defense some of these gentleman wanted to try and beat me" 
                          
He chuckles before he stands still holding his sword in a tight "Oh so we're doing this?" You smirk at him.
                          
"Yes, unless you feel as if you may-" You cut him off by throwing a dagger at him but he ducks. 
                          
You race towards him, he goes to attack as well but you fall on your knees and and slide underneath him, getting on one knee and pretending to slice him across his stomach. He looks at you in disbelief "Dead" You whisper as you stand on your feet. 
                          
"Leave" He orders the elves. Without questioning they leave the sparring courts. Haldir grabs you by your waist pulling you closer to him "I think because I won against you, I should get a reward" You whisper to him, biting your lip. He chuckles at your attempt to seduce him. He leans down connecting your lips together. 
                          
He pulls away, brushing a bit of hair out of your eyes "You know I have every intention of marrying you one day" He whispers which takes you by surprise. He rests his hands on your waist as you have your arms around the back of his neck. 
                          
"Why not now?" 
                          
"I would but I want to do it when nothing is planned for war or travel" You roll your eyes and pull away from Haldir "Zara, you know my duty and I want to do it right" You hate that he's right, you wish that it happened now rather than later. 
                          
You turn around to face him "You are so lucky we can live for a very long time" You laugh and a smile forms on his lips. He walks up to you taking your hand in his "Now, how about that reward" He pulls you in, hitting his body. 
                          
Long story short, best.reward.ever.
